We stayed at the Hotel Valisera for a week in February, having booked online and via email – the owner responded quickly, in English. She was there to greet us when we arrived and immediately gave us information about skiing, transport and village facilities and offered to provide our skipasses. I have been travelling several times to this hotel last few years. Mostly in winter for skiing in Galtur and Ischgl but also for hiking in summer. This is a very decent family run hotel.
