An impressive historic hotel in the centre of the ancient walled town of Sos del Rey Catolico. You;re never far from the sights in this tiny hilltop settlement but El Peiron is ideally located opposite a small tapas bar and 50m from the excellent El Principal restaurant. Out of season, the town is very quiet and eating and drinking options...

Relatively new hotel in the centre of a quiet hilltop village. Rooms were clean and premises well kept. Staff were very nice and breakfast was excellent. Village itself does not have much in the way of tourist shopping but is well catered for with bars and restaurants. It even has a 1 star Michelin Star restaurant! Village has an interesting...

We were so pleased when we arrived to find this charming hotel on the edge of an equally charming medieval stone village. The welcome we received was wonderful and our room was delightful and very comfortable. The shower room was spacious and very well equipped. The balcony enabled us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the sunshine!...

We were looking for a base for our touring holiday in Navarra and Aragón, a small hotel that offered both quality and restful environment. El Peiron, situated at the end of narrow cobbled streets winding up to the top of the well-preserved medieval town of Sos, was perfect for what we wanted. The rooms are all different in shape and...

This hotel was a great find, friendly welcoming staff and comfortable well appointed rooms. Located within the town walls it is medieval on the outside and comfortably modern on the inside. There is a mini bar but no facility to make a tea or coffee in the rooms. Parking was around the corner on the square, very handy. Ideal as...

We had a very pleasant stay here after a long drive through Navarra and Aragon. The hotel is in part of the historic pueblo, high up, so there isn't too much extra walking as there would be from other fancy pantsy establishments in the town. The staff were friendly and obliging. The wifi was fast...probably because there are only a...

Our room was lovely, the shower the best ever, breakfast really nice, staff excellent and walking through the town on a Sunday evening was mysterious and magic. Great hotel, great place. Easy to park, quite a few nice restaurants and bars.

We were touring through Spain and stayed for one night at Hotel El Peiron in Sos del Rey Catholica. The town is gorgeous and was named after the birthplace of one of the kings of Spain. It is a place of pilgrimage as there is a multiplicity of churches and historic buildings. The hotel is part of the old city...

Hotel is set in a medieval building yet is completely updated and modern. Service and amenities are first rate. Breakfast is included and there are a number of bars and restaurants all within walking distance. A very nice find indeed. We would stay here again. WiFi was excellent and worked perfectly in our room.
