Tired and just wanted a place to put head down. Room very very basic and so much noise from upstairs. Poor nights sleep. Would not recommend for other than father and son escapes, lads day away. Certainly not for families...

The couldn't care less approach by the staff to the really poor product they offer was incredible. They would have to pay me a lot to stay there again. The FREE WIFI advertising should read more like NO WIFI. You can connect but it is so slow it is not usable even to open a web-page. The staff did not...

NEVER STAY HERE. "non smoking" room stank of smoke with burn marks on the furniture. The bed was as hard as concrete. The duvet was almost as solid as the bed - very heavy. The small room was tired, but not as tired as we were after a one night stay.. The restaurant was not open in the evenings. It...

Stayed here for one night in July 2014. On arrival receptionist denied all knowledge of our reservation, which was made four months ago, even though I presented confirmation paperwork. rooms are very small and run down. Rooms were not clean, carpets dirty, dead flies on some surfaces. Toilet and shower cubicles very tiny. Hotel is located in an industrial area...

Booked a room at this place on booking.com for €54 but when I came to check-in the manager refused to honour the rate and tried to charge me €79 despite having my booking clearly showing on his screen at the booked rate. Called booking.com who spoke to him but he refused to budge, he eventually agreed to charge €65 ....

We stopped here because of the convenient location near the ring road. Although the room was supposed to be non smoking it stank of smoke and there were burn marks from cigarettes on the bedside furniture. Compared to other similar stop over hotels I did not think that it represented good value for money and would not stay there again.

Stayed here for one night as a stopover from Auvergne region to GB with hubby and 2 sons, aged 12 and 9. Both receptionists excellent, very helpful, room basic but fulfilled needs however, glad we had a kettle with us as none in room and a cuppa was needed after a long hot drive. Hot, powerful shower much appreciated. Can't...
