On the drive to the lodge, our first view of animals - we spotted some hippos wallowing in the pool. We were welcomed with some cool towels and a sparkling welcome drink. Had a great time . The game drives were the highlight of our stay. Shaun our ranger was excellent and very knowledgeable. We saw so many animals and birds, from dung beetles to elephants and rhino. Enjoyed sleeping in the luxury tents and the outside shower was good fun.

Our stay was beyond our expectations! The luxury tented stay, exceptional food and staff, professional game rangers (Mike is awesome) and variety of game that we saw made for a great value and memorable stay. The staff really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Go hungry, don't forget the binoculars :)

Some of the tents have been upgraded and contributed to an even better stay than 3yrs ago, but still had the luxury tent experience. Ideally situated for us, in terms of needing quiet. Our allotted Game Ranger Mike, was great...helpful, knowledgeable, sense of humour, caring, considerate, found some great sightings, especially the lions. Food was fantastic and after getting up...
