A very friendly and welcoming B&B. Very easy to find and very comfortable and hospitable. We arrived late in the evening having flown in for a family funeral and received a warm welcome. The rooms are very comfortable with tea, coffee and biscuits as well as an en suite bathroom with shower. Breakfast was really great and tasty too. Thank...

Immediately felt welcome here. My room was spotlessly clean and well presented. En suite was spacious and immaculate. Breakfast was made to order and substantial. The welcome from Teresa and her family was all one could ask for. Fantastic overall. Thank you all.

My husband, myself and my mother in law stayed here two nights. My mother in law is visiting from New Zealand and so this was her first taste of Irish hospitality. It was fantastic. Both rooms were spotless and cozy. Teresa and her husband were so lovely and full of suggestions of things to do. The breakfast each day were...

Four of us and a 4 month old baby stayed here for one night prior to a friends wedding. The location was perfect to our needs although the GPS could not find the location!!! Free parking with the grounds of the B&B. This B&B is lovely as are the owners. Teresa was genuinely warm & so helpful. The room was...

Stayed for 4 nights in a twin room with my sister. Barry and Teresa were fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless and the en suite looked brand new. I was worried about the traffic outside but it didn't bother me or keep me awake. The breakfast was very good and my sister loved the...

Stayed here for three nights on arrival into Dublin. Friendly, helpful service and a nice place to stay. Public transport easily accessible. Theresa was super helpful as it was our first time in Ireland and we needed advice on public transport and places to eat etc.

Last weekend I headed off to Dublin for a family christening. I arrived on Friday night and left. Sunday. The accommodation was excellent and was as equivalent to any four star hotel I have stayed in. The breakfasts I received were lovely, especially the pancakes with berries and maple syrup. Barry and his wife were very friendly and helpful to me...

Provisionally booked 3 rooms with Arus Mhuire earlier in the year, months in advance for a concert in Marlay Park, Dublin. I called to confirm that all was ok and was informed that no record of my booking was anywhere to found even though I was able to confirm times, dates of my telephone calls and the people I had...

My mother and I stayed here two evenings of 6 in our most recent trip to Ireland; the first was planned, the second decided upon after having enjoyed our first evening so thoroughly. Barry and Teresa made us feel immediately welcome, and offered so many helpful tips as to places to visit and sites to see. Our room was extremely...

Perfect site location wise for striking distance of South Dublin and City Centre, why didnt i choose this place before. Friendly place. Clean and flexible. Despite been on road, a little back from it the nights are quiet. Breakfast menu is a misnomer, you can go off menu and it is decent quality, served in a friendly way as everything...
