Great location right on the waters edge as the name implies. A rather quirky interior but the hosts have really thought about guest comfort and there are numerous homely touches. We stayed in the Garden Room which is an annex to the cottage with its own separate entrance and private outdoor seating area. Guests were invited to sit at the...

Absolutely fabulous! Second time we have stayed here, this time we brought family to use as a base for daughter's wedding. Nothing is too much trouble for Don and Connie. They made our stay so comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning. Everywhere was clean and well cared for. Every corner of this delightful cottage told a story...

The owner Donnie was a fantastic host - a lovely guy with a wicked sense of humour. A wee dram of complimentary whisky plus an 'honesty bar'. Breakfast catered for all tastes. Beautiful views from super clean and impressively decorated rooms. Will be back next year!

Thank you so much to Donny and Colleen for a wonderful stay with a different type of breakfast each day. Our room had all the finishing touches to make the stay extra special. It was also lovely to come back each evening to a living room lit with candles , music and an honestly bar!

We arrived at the property after dark, and had a little tough time finding it, but when we called they were able to direct us and we arrived shortly after that. Check in was simple and easy. They suggested a great restaurant down the way which we walked to. We stayed in the cottage suite, which has it's own separate...

Set in a lovely location, beautiful gardens and scenery. We both had a really good night's sleep here. The decoration is quirky and interesting. We enjoyed breakfast I especially liked having some fresh fruit for a change. Our only little negative was the shower in our room wasn't very powerful and kept going quite cold but apart from that our...

Waters Edge is in a gem of a location on the shore of Duck Bay, Loch Lomond. We received a friendly welcome, the breakfasts were superb and the room comfortable. We had one of the smaller rooms upstairs, the Cranny, but the sublime view from the window certainly compensated for the diminished space. We loved it. Our visit to Waters...
