eakfast again climbing , and the same for pool. And there are no elevators- I do not understand a 4 stars hotel without elevators. My wife is pregnant and it was impossible for her to do all that climbings. Then the rooms...in the description the pictures look nice and cosy, and you get smell of mold. The hotel offerd an " upgrade" in a a room in an annex of the hotel, someting next to the parking place , not in the hotel building. The AC in this room was poor and the heat in the room made the sleeping terrible. The rooms where dusty, overused and not cleaned, and the flushing toilet makes a sound the wakes up the rooms next to you ... We arrived at 23.00 and it was impossible to look for another hotel. Next day we left the hotel, we asked for refund but we were refused due to the reason that is not the owner issue that is not easy to access the main facilities -pool and restaurant althought, on booking was never mentioned that is a cliff hotel. There was a person from the reception who tried to do something but the general manager did not cared about nothing, not even the reason of having a pregnant woman who could not do all the stairs and uphill in the hotel so refused to refund us. I submit the review as the worst and terrible experince I ever had in a hotel.

In is not a 4 star hotel, the rooms are full of dust, the toilets smelly and infect, the AC is old, noisy and smelly, the fridge is very noisy in the night. We didn’t received the rooms we booked. The hotel description is not accurate, is up-hill and very difficult for a pregnant woman to get to the pool or restaurant. The breakfast was poor and the food looked as if it ws from the day before. We left after the first night and they refused to give us a refund.

We are on our last day of our stay at Theo hotel, we arrived September 24th for one week b&b. I was a little apprehensive about the hotel after reading the other reviews, although not enough to put me off booking. We had a nice greeting on arrival and the receptionist showed us to our room, which is small(ish) but has everything you could want! A big fridge, wardrobe, suitcase store, dressing table and en-suite shower bathroom all of which is really clean! The air-con works perfectly and we have a nice little balcony with a table and 2 chairs (we only use for drying towels and swimwear). One other review mentions that the music around the pool is too loud - which we would disagree with. Another mentions the glass around the pool makes you feel enclosed - we would disagree with this too. The other complaint is always about the hill that the hotel is at the top of, which yes is very steep (we have used it to burn off the gyros and ice creams haha) but there is a lift opposite the hotel reception to bring you up or down if you can’t manage the hill so I don’t see how it can be complained about?! I understand we have stayed out of season and maybe in the height of season it is a little busier but we have no complaints! It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants (both lovely) and breakfast which is not always everyone’s cup of tea was sufficient for us, cereals, bread, fruit, yoghurts, eggs, and some cooked meats. I can’t comment on other meal times because we like to be out and about. More than anything I always want a hotel to be clean and staff to be accommodating and friendly- which they were! I hope this helps someone who reads the other reviews and feels the same as I did. Thanks for a lovely holiday :)
