We booked a room with a sea view and it was worth every penny! The balcony was a lot more private than in rooms with view of the pool. If you are looking for a great breakfast and well cleaned, modern rooms, I do recommend this hotel for you. I can't say anything about the all-inclusive because we didn't take it so we could explore more local restaurants.

We stayed on the star side of the hotel which is away from the beach. It has its own beautiful swim up bar and pool area. Very clean and tidy. Food was great and room was spacious. You are at the star restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the beach restaurant for lunch and evening ice cream and drinks. It was very quiet at the hotel but a very lovely holiday and hotel. In the local area are plenty of shops and crazy golf. Right on the beach too with water sports facilities. Would recommend and stay again!

Best accommodation in the city! Clean rooms with everyday cleaning, friendly staff always smiley and ready to serve you. Specially Vasilis, bartender at the pool, with his delicious mojito! As for food, excellent buffet with lots of choices for kids and adults. Totally recommended and 5 stars for us!

We stayed at the hotel for one week. The only good thing about our room was the sea view and nothing else! The room had a really bad musty smell due to the mold and the old furniture, we even found a Moisture Absorber under the bed. The room was poorly maintained, bed covers were dirty and the shower was full of hair. When we asked the reception to change our room they stated that they would have an available room after 4 days. Also when we explained why we wanted another (better) room which would represent their so-called 5 star hotel, they confronted us with negativity, rudeness and reluctand to help us having a pleasant stay. Please also be aware that the gym is an awful mess with rusty equipment. Actually you cannot even call it a gym, as there was not a bench or barbells and dumbbells. Food was good in the main restaurant of the hotel, the staff there was polite but the buffet was closing 15 minutes earlier of the stated ending time.

Me & my partner were celebrating here our anniversary and my partner's birthday, and we definitely selected the best hotel for these occassions! The hotel is beautiful, really nice and tidy, clean everywhere. The location is great too as it's close to Chania (ca. 15 min) and many other nice places. The staff is 5* from each department, from the reception to the cleaning staff, and we would like to highlight Kyriaki from reception/reservation, who gave us awesome daily tips and shared so many useful tips with us. From the restaurant team we've got Zafiris (thanks for the nice foods), Pavlos (thanks for the great drinks) and Hermione (thanks for the happy moments), who are the best in all Crete! Thank you for everything, you are unforgettable. We truly enjoyed our time here, discovered the island with our rented car and visiting many beaches in the nearby. We definitely recommend this hotel for any occassions!
