$25 was the transport & day pass. One of the best restaurants is right on the beach of Paradiso. Unexpected choices on the menu. I have hip trouble, but with the gently sloping walk way and good hand rails I managed by myself. The water temp was about 80. Swam out to the platform to do some diving - what...

Only here on a day trip from Granada but we thought the place was nice. We got a deckchair on the beach which was good (they appeared at bit scarce). Free ue of kayaks and the food wasn't bad. All in all it was a nice way to spend a day. Be careful with the sun though, it feels cooler...

We took the $3 shuttle from Granada (book in advance) which was the best price we found. It's a little pricey for Nicaraguan standards but ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT. Gorgeous location right on the water, free kayaks, tubes and lawn chairs made it a great value. It's worth staying the night because its less crowded and the water is much calmer...

The body of water is amazing. The actual hotel is very meh. I came as a day trip from Granada and appreciating getting to check in for 7 dollars. I did not realize that a towel would be extra but you know. The water is totally worth it. The hamburger did the trick. If you want the free shuttle back...

Exelent food. Near to granada like 30 minutes. They have a shuttle from granada 2 times a day at 10 and 3pm near to iglesia de granada. In a tourist office Buena tours* anyway the lake is in front of the hostel. The room is ok has 2 fans. I slept ok. They rent paddling boards 30 minutes $3.00 and...

We ate here one night, and tried to eat here another night, but ended up leaving because they were so rude. The first night the food was fine, so we decided to return a second time. Already the first time we ended up ordering at the reception because there was no server in sight, but whatever, we're not difficult people...

Great location. The Laguna is really magical and great to swim in. The hostel itself was OK. The drinks were good and the food was edible, not much more. The place is in dire need of hammocks. There was only one on the whole property that I could see. The kayaks (two of them)! were leaky and it felt like...

really nice setting, was really happy to be able to use all of the kayaks and paddle boards included in the room price. but food, food was horrible, really blunt taste of mango and curry chicken, undercooked pizza and tasteless mango marmalade. There is no where to cook so you forced to eat at their restaurant.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The Laguna is beautiful and the hostel really compliments it. Wide variety of food and drink at the restaurant, not the cheapest price but good quality. Lots of fans in the dorm room. Wouldn't say it's a sociable hostel as there wasn't many backpackers there when I stayed. Would reccomend.

I stayed here for the weekend as a solo traveller. The hostel is conducive to meeting other people, which is great. The food was good, if on the expensive side. The scenery absolutely cannot be beat, and the use of the kayaks and other non-motorized water equipment was great!! The downsides to this hostel was the staff, and the cleanliness....
