My husband and I had to book accommodation in Shrewsbury very last minute due to a family emergency and we had the good fortune to book here. We had our 7 week old son with us at the time so I was worried about him being noisy but luckily he as very well behaved and the other guests loved sitting...

We stayed in the cottage on our way to snowdonia, we arrived quite late at night. The drive was very prettily lit up which was welcoming. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable, but the breakfast was a real highlight. Lots of choice and really excellent quality. Grant and Sandy make you feel very welcome, highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed at Wollaston Lodge for two nights in September. On arrival we were shown to our room by Dom, who looked after us very well throughout our stay. Our room at the front was spacious and the view was beautiful. We had booked dinner for the first night and the cream tea for the second day....

We spent 2 nights here and it was amazing. The property is gorgeous. We had a huge 4 poster bed, lots of room, a very good double shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast would put a 5* hotel to shame. Cooked to order using local produce and it tasted sooo nice. Our package included a cream tea and...

Hi Peter, Thank you so much for leaving such a brilliant review! Sandy and I were away on holidays so it is great to get such positive feedback on Dom our lovely friend who looks after Wollaston, Lara and Spiro while we are away. The English landscape from the bedroom window was really splendid. The owners accepted us like a family friend and could have a hapy day. Lahla(Their dog) was also very cute. Home-made scorn was really delicious.
