We stayed with Anne and John a few years back (takes me a while to get round to these reviews) during the September Art and Music festival. I have to say, what a diamond find The Mustard Tree is. Only about 10-15 minute walk from...More

Second time of visiting.
Excellent location and Anne and John are superb hosts. Comfortable and spotlessly clean accommodation with personal touches added too.
Hearty breakfast was very welcoming.
Will definitely be back
Stayed over New Year for a few nights. The welcome from Anne was excellent, great breakfast everyday, really clean/tidy rooms, parking onsite and a 5 minute walk to the beach.
We'll be back in the summer!

Hi. The walk from The Mustard Tree to St Ives is about 30 minutes. You can walk along the road but it is much more relaxing and pleasant to walk along the South West Coastal Path, which runs along the coast and is not too arduous at this point. It takes about 30 minutes either way. There is a good bus service running every 20 minutes or so, and hourly on the evening, this runs until midnight. There is also a short railway link along the coast into St Ives which runs hourly until about 21.30h. The train and bus fares are about £2 per person. Taxi fares are about £6 each way. I hope that is helpful. Please contact us directly if you have any further questions on 01736 795677. Best wishes Anne
