Lovely location with large car park. Twin room spacious and shower powerful. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Room overlooked the river. Very nice to see great staff. Breakfast good value but not exceptional.

Two of us stayed for a couple of nights and the good things were the friendly and helpful staff, the room was relatively clean and fresh and of a good size. The hot water was hot and the shower good although it had a fixed head. However, there were down sides. The room was quite chilly. There was a radiator...

First visit back here in 6 years! Meal was lovely and good selection. Atmosphere was lovely and friendly. Great parking. Nice seating outside which brought back memories of our wedding which is where we stayed for the weekend 6 years before. Would definitely go back for another meal now we live nearer.

The Old mill constantly provides great food and a selection of beers and real ales. I've never used the hotel portion so can't comment on that. But I regularly come back for the food and drink. The beer garden at the back overlooks the old mill stream and is great to sit out in the summer.

First up there is a huge car park so it's not an issue. Staff are great, the lady on reception was lovely and the lady that served breakfast is 'like your mum' would be. The main areas are clean and tidy but stairwell needs attention. Food very good. The room was clean and I slept well. Came back; says all...

Arrived at the Old Mill to find a very busy car park but managed to get a space. I entered the premises to find it busy with a nice atmosphere, went to the bar where I was promptly severed with my drink, I was eating with an old friend and was quickly but politely shown to a table. We were...

The hotel is clean and roomy. Except for the hallways which means you have more space in the rooms. The shower and bathroom are spacious and the water is hot with good pressure. Its the best choice in that area and I would definitely stay there again.

If you are looking for great food and hospitality then this is the place to visit - we have never been disappointed. There is something for everyone and if you want to replace an item on the menu, nothing is to much trouble for them. If the weather is good the outside is great to unwind and enjoy your meal.
