Great hotel room was superb, a little out from the city but easy to travel on Luas line trams to and from Dublin. The sleep quality was impacted due to a busy road nearby but ask for a quiet room and that should stop the impact. My room was top class and I would stay here again for sure. The food was very nice indeed and they are rightly altering the Thai focus in the coming weeks during a refurbishment. Nice Irish Stew needed.
It was my first visit to the Beacon but not my last. From the moment I arrived to when I departed I was looked after very well by all staff members from reception to bar and dining room staff. The Thai menu a bit restrictive. Would suggest a broader selection on the menu. Having said that the starter and main course were very tasty and enjoyable.
I have no tips really. Only experience we had was that my hot whisky wasn't very hot but I drank it anyhow. Everybody was really friendly and caring and I felt that was really nice. You don't get that in lots of places. I have no doubt that we'll be back to stay,. Thank you so much,
Very nice hotel ( interier) and location with great helpfull staff ! I definitly will stay again there when be my upcoming trip to Dublin ! Best experience in ireland .. thx and hope see u again Beacon
Lovely reception staff and very nice rooms. The food/bar area barnlike and noisey. The food is apalling. We had a two night package with dinner on one evening but having ordered food on first evening which we couldnt eat we skipped the prepaid meal and paid to eat out. Stay here for the rooms definitely but avoid the food!
Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately we do not offer shuttle bus service. The best option to get to the Hotel from the airport (by public transportation) is an Aircoach.
