We booked a mobile home chalet as shown in images. E expected a newly decorated, clean and accessorised mobile home. On arriving via a dirt track more suited to off road vehicles, we were shown to what I can only describe as an old smelly, insect ridden chalet that was dirty and damp. There were sockets hanging on wires which were dangerous as well as light fitting that were missing bulbs. The cushions were dirty. Beds looked old and no linen was provided. Access to the beach was via a hole in a chicken wire fence. The area surrounding the accommodation was dirty and had bits of furniture that were rusting dumped. We requested that Claudio (an old rude and bad tempered man who rode around on a golf cart) put us up in accommodation as described on website. He called us crazy and said that what he had assigned (mobile home 40) was an upgrade. God help us if that was an upgrade! We promptly left and are now seeking a refund. If you are seriously thinking of spending any time in this dreadful place, think again. I am surprised that it is allowed to operate as it is probably failing on every health and safety rule in the book. We did not try the restaurant but from what we saw, it cannot be any better and would rather go to McDonald's ... Beware .....…
Camping next the seaside with very bad equipment, dirty and scaggly. There is no shops, just one restaurant owned by camping owner-crazy place with unpleasant service and high prices. My recommendation is symple.....find another camp If do Not want to have disapponted vacation.
We stayed for 3 nights in the campsite. As we were staying in our van it looked like we were in the slightly nicer section, the tents only section did not look very appealing. All of the cabins, and many of the permanent Caravans looked as if they had been put up in the 70s and not upgraded since. We never found the dive shop. And the kayak and dinghy you could use looked rusty and probably as if they had not been used for years. The showers were trickles and often the "hot showers" ran cold. The girl at reception was helpful, but the older male owner was downright rude. The positives, it was reasonable price (probably explains the ambience), the electricity was included. Water (if we had needed was included, but to wash down our kayak would have needed another token! It was near the sea, and our spot was shaded. Although accessing our spot via the trees was interesting. The local town is not the most vibrant, but the roads are quiet to cycle around. Long story short, you get what you pay for. For 3 days it was fine, but I wouldn't recommend staying longer.…
