I give 1 star because tripadvisor does not allow me to give less.....I had to check out at 5 A.M. and in the reception was an old,antipatic and mad guy who did not speak english at all,ZERO..When I presented him the card to check out he asked me to pay. I have explained him that I have paid in advance and everything was paid. He threatned to call Polizei otherwise. So I have lost the train to Vienna.....In the evening before check out, a aproached to the reception woman who has a poor english and explained that I would check out early in the morning and that I would need a taxi. She checked on computer and told me everyrhing is ok,just leave the card at reception and my colleague will call the taxi. Next morning the reception old mad guy did not want to call the taxi,said the reception phone is not working and showed me his phome and need money!!!.....in my 30 years of travelling experience this was the worst one.Only after 15 minutes of ex0lanation (which he dis not understand anyway) he accepted to call a hungarian friend of mine who explained him everything and he let me go and called a taxi. But I have lost my train to Vienna I had planned at 5.12.....terrible...…
