Although Morpeth is only about 30 minutes from our property I booked us in to celebrate my wife's birthday. The Bronte is pretty much located centrally in the Main Street of Morpeth. Parking can be a challenge although we found a spot out the back of the hotel. We were greeted at the front door & shown straight up to...

Stayed with friends for two nights. Loved everything about The Bronte especially our breakfast on the verandah. The homemade muesli was delicious. We enjoyed browsing the shops and cafes in the main street, no need to drive. We would definitely recommend this boutique hotel and hope to visit again next year.

We had a wonderful afternoon at The Bronte celebrating a special birthday with High Tea. It was wonderful. The atmosphere, the service, he food and the teas. We felt welcomed and part of the family. Each course absolutely delicious and the teas that were served were divine. Clint and his staff are welcoming and accommodating. We will be back.

We decided on a last minute midweek getaway to Morpeth and decided to try the Bronte as it is right in the thick of all that Morpeth has to offer. What a wonderful surprise. The property has been refurbished to a high standard and sympathetic to its historical importance. The furnishings are an interesting fusion of antique and oriental providing...

I find that looking for the odd one always pays. Not that the Bronte is odd in many ways - just that it is done up very nicely, with love and care and attention to detail. A personal touch, great breakfast and a good night sleep.

We stayed at this gorgeous boutique accommodation. The decor was as excellent as the service provided. Breakfast of home made granola and eggs Benedict added the final touches to my complete state of comfort and rejuvenation. Highly recommend to couples needing some R&R. Clint and his team are the perfect hosts.

The very large room was beautifully decorated in French style. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was extra large with a luxurious bath tub. Also lovely large shower. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and very generous serving. Close to speciality shops and hotel. A short drive to Maitland and Wineries of Hunter Region. Hotel was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.
