Firstly, we appreciated the owner fitting us in…. But he should have told us that we would not rest and would not sleep. Location is fantastic, right next to the beach ( beautiful) However, in 40 years of camping, this has to be the worst site I have ever stayed on…. The showers were filthy and took 1 euro and didn’t work. No hot water and quite disgustingly dirty. I save the worst to last…. Noise and lack of respect to others. There was children running around and driving around on carts until early hours of morning screaming and yelling at each other. Other campers were playing loud music and shouting, singing and talking until we left. We had no choice but to leave at 2.30am we had to drive off and find a camp in car park.

Stayed there for 2 nights in a tent. Staff were very helpful and friendly not a bad word to say. Location great for a beach holiday located right beside the beach. Only downside was the lack of toilets, there’s 3 toilets for the whole area which weren’t that clean as they’re outside toilets. The showers also had no hot water and were quite dirty. Would be great if there was a greater amount of toilets and showers and a bit cleaner. Other than that everything was great!

Just returned from a night camping with family. Our first camping experience was ruined by the complete lack of respect for other people from other campers. Shouting, laughing and profanity carried on until well past 3am. Children running around past 1am. If you are looking for a party site this is the one for you. Shared Toilet and shower facilities are filthy and door gets stuck on one toilet. We had Been told by others that they are putting a lot of money into the site so maybe this should be next area that needs to be addressed. However the location was absolutely spot on, right beside the beach.

Cancelled 10 days ago and sent lots of emails to be refunded my 60 euro but only one response last week to say they would deal with it on Monday. I said OK. It's now Thursday and still no response from them. Disgusted. Customer service is abysmal. Never seen anything this bad in a long time. Refunds are always handled immediately after a cancelation in any accommodation I've ever booked.

I booked into a cabin my girlfriend and i the cabin was freezing and damp I tried going to sleep around 10:30pm and there were kids around the place roaring and shouting until 1:30 it seems there no law and order here we both decided to shower in the morning and the showers were full of timber and tools plus the laundrette room was like a dump out of action too I never experienced anything like it we won’t be returning here again

You seldom get something for nothing EXCEPT where this site is concerned. Location- mountains behind you sea in front of you. Stunning. Owner- nothing more than a true gentleman. We stopped off on a winter trip, tired, hungry and a bit lost. Left feeling, refreshed, recharged and relaxed. Some of the reviews hear need to be a bit more objective. You want to enjoy Kerry. You want to enjoy Ireland come to this site and chill out. Thanks Ross. You're a legend.

Beautiful site right on the beach. Lots of family there but surprisingly quite. The beach was empty for the end of July and the water was stunning. Read a few bad reviews so was a little worried but would def head back. Staff were super helpful on site facilities were good and clean.

I booked a cabin for 2 adults and a child. They are not located where the pictures suggest on the website (surrounded by lush greenery) and they are really tiny. The 6 year old couldn't sit up in the single bed because the roof was so low. Once the folding beds are down, there's no room to move around. You have to eat outside. If the weather's bad and you don't have shelter, you're stuffed. Also, this is a construction/building site, not a place for relaxation. We stayed 3 nights and were awakened each morning by either the grass being cut right behind the cabin at 9am or there was a caravan being delivered by a huge truck at 8am or there was a trench being dug by a noisy machine. The nearest toilet didn't have toilet paper the first day and broke down the second. When I reported it to the cleaning lady, she just gave me a blank look. The showers are tiny, full of moths and bugs keeping you company for €1, while you shower. Honestly, we couldn't wait to leave. I don't recommend the cabins and they are definitely not worth €85/night.…

If you are looking for a caravan site that is peaceful and relaxed I would highly recommend this site. Seaside is next to one of Ireland's most beautiful beaches and is close to the mountains. It is clear from staying here that the owners are spending large amounts to improve the facilities for guests, which include fully tarmacked roads, sheltered eating areas for campers and new style camping accommodation. There is so much to do in the vicinity that a family are spoilt for choice. If there is one slight downside to the location it is that the closest shop and bar are 1.5 miles away, I walked down the beach in 35 minutes, but you could easily cycle in 10 minutes.

If you want a great place to go with family or friends you won’t go wrong here it’s a small mobile / caravan / campsite with loads to offer it is located on a lovely Sandy beach it is close to many attractions for days out glentanassig Is just minutes away as is castlegregory / Maharees for surfing and kayaking and splashsports, or pony trekking and if you fancy an easy day you are literally onto the beach in a minute there is laundry facilities and campers kitchen toilets showers etc This is our second trip here and already planning our next trip Shop facilities are close by in either direction also There is camping / caravan option or mobile home hire or pod hire also -so something to suit everyone ❤️ If your reading this review and trying to make up your mind ! Take the leap and book seaside ! ( im an independent reviewer but just feel some of the reviews don’t reflect how lovely this place is !)…
