I stayed here in October with 3 other friends and was blown away with the whole stay. I didn't really know what to expect as I'd never been to Mexico before, all I can say is I'm planning my next trip there already! The owners who run the hotel are a mexican/english couple and are very hands on and give...

During a recent trip to Veracruz, Mexico we were lucky enough to find out about this little gem of a hotel located in Costa Esmeralda along the beautiful and peaceful beach. The staff were always on hand and we felt very looked after which is why I cannot fault the service one bit. The manager is a native English speaker...

Me and a few friends recently stayed at Taboga Hotel! We are all in our 20's so although we love to chill out we also enjoy doing fun things to fill our days when in the mood! Taboga Hotel is perfect for both, it's quiet and very peaceful surroundings are perfect for chilling by the pool but the great thing...

Beautiful site, away from the hecticness of other beaches. Beautiful rooms, nice common areas, great Mexican local food. The hosts are very friendly and the guy is a great Kite surfing teacher. Beautifull to go with your partner or friends!

My stay in Taboga was simply blissful as the place offers both tranquil relaxation and lots of activities. Relaxing by the pool or on the beach and swimming in the sea was complimented by kayaking in the mangroves where we saw watching turtoise and various birds, quadbiking on the nearby sand dunes of the Chachalacas, bodyboarding and even kitesurfing on...

We chose this hotel thanks to the good reviews in tripadvisor. It has ten rooms, 3 towards the street and the others more towards the sea. Since it was fully booked, we got the room close to the road where you could hear the noise of the passing cars in the night. Apart from this, the room was simple equipped...

We found Taboga via tripadsvisor originally, looking for hotels in this area of Mexico. After reading the positive reviews on here we found the hotel website and booked in advance. Our first pleasant surprise was that the rate was cheaper than as stated on tripadvisor. The hotel its self is wonderful - beautiful beach, lovely bar/restaurant and fantastic staff. Rooms...

“Second story rooms see ocean; first story rooms' view of ocean blocked by dune -- but all you have to do is walk across the lawn and you are on the beach.”

“I am not sure but I think there were some rooms next to the road. They may be cheaper but the noise may be louder.”

“Wifi only works near to reception, so if you really can't cope without access to the internet, choose a room close to the main entrance. Room 10 is excellent as it has a patio, is opposite the swimming pool and isn't right next to the restaurant. The owner is building new cabins which are also in a good location. The hotel provided me with a map of the room locations so I could choose at the time of booking.”
