An excellent deal and eat to. Good value for money. An experience that delights the senses with great sea and mountain views. There should be more places like this. Hopefully that does not change. We'll repeat

Just a few minutes inland from busy, mainstream Costa Brava lies this sort-of-castle. Judging from the series of venue-locations on its grounds, its main source of income must be 'bodas' (weddings), something very big in Spain. This may also explain the clear lack of personal service one would expect in a small luxury hotel where room rates in high season... More

A converted castle type property - a big hill top house really; tastefully and beautifully converted to include 11 or so very large rooms/suites. Room were superbly appointed and very comfortable indeed with excellent bathrooms with almost everything you could want. We were there on a wedding and it was great. The food was really good, the gardens are amazing and the views are... I have no words to describe it. Really a nice place to scape with your partner and enjoy the mediterranean way of life.

Everything was perfect - the room, the restaurant and the location! I can not recommend this hotel highly enough. I stayed here with my boyfriend on a romantic getaway and we simply didn't want to leave. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

We chose to stay at this hotel as we were attending a wedding reception in the function rooms attached to the hotel, as did others in our party. There are only 8 rooms in the hotel and the main business of the place does seem to focus on weddings and other large celebrations in addition to the restaurant. Although the... More

I cannot recommend Castell highly enough. We just got married in Barcelona in October and we had our reception at Castell for 70 people.
