Renovated hotel, but a bit overpriced for what it offers. Clean rooms. Breakfast is ok too. Beach is closeby, 10 min walk form the hotel. Service could have been better. Overall but guests should not expect too much for their money.

Overall a very good quality hotel with high standards of house-keeping and excellent restaurant food offerings despite buffet style presentation. Could easily achieve 5 star status if more attention to detail was evident. Complaints are minor and did not affect a very enjoyable s

Is there a kettle in the rooms? Also is it easy to get from the hotel to Podgorica by public transport?
No kettle in rooms. We were quoted 50 euros (one way) by taxi to Podgorica. You can get a bus there, but you need to go into Budva's main bus station to get there. We were told that there wasn't a lot to see in Podgorica so spent the morning at Kotour Bay instead.

Will that big crane still disturb the beautiful view of your hotel during the summer? Is it really noisy from seaview rooms? Thank you
Didn't notice any noise from the crane while we were there and it was working. However, when looking at the plans attached to the building site looks like the new building will certainly be tall and looks like it will have a negative affect on the views from the Queen of Montenegro.

"Most, but not all rooms have sea views. View will be compromised in the future, so side facing may be quieter away from traffic."
"we were on 1st floor with seaview, loved it."
"Our balcony at the front had 2 chairs, a table and a view of the bay."
"Rooms on the garden side are more quiet. T"
"If you prefer more quite rooms, try to avoid once facing directly the open see view because of a *night life* and bars music."
