We have stayed in posher hotels than Coco Reef but having just returned from our tenth visit it is certainly one of our favourites. The hotel's location with its own lagoon is magic for swimming and general ambience, friendly staff and like minded fellow guests make this an annual must for us. The area seems quite safe and we happily...

For some reason the fruit at the buffet had no taste, this time again. The omelettes where good, and the sausages fair, but not the bacon or croissants. The staff were friendly, and the location/view was nice, but........... All in all the price was extravagant for the value. IMO.

Stayed there to celebrate my wife's mothers birthday a few years ago. Fantastic experience, not modern but certainly not luxurious. The staff are genuinely pleasant, helpful and cannot do enough for you. The food is to notch and caters for all tastes. I took to the private reef on day 1 and did not leave it till the last day,...

After staying at the truly wonderful Coco Reef we feel compelled to write to state that this resort is a true 'treasure' , although we want to keep this special place to ourselves ! We have stayed in the best hotels but the service and general customer care at Coco Reef is unsurpassed ! The location is ideal for a...

The hotel is dated which can't be ignored but they do try to be as helpful and as accommodating as they possibly can. The staff are willing to help but I think at times they miss proper leadership and guidance. They don't always communicate with each other as they should to provide the customer service that the Hotels status should...

The reviews for this lovely place are so varied. I have to say, if you are looking for a up market franchised place this is not for you. If you value good service and are prepared to accept that some rooms need an overhaul then you will have a super time as we did. The beach is great, just wade...

We had a really lovely stay at the Coco Reef Hotel, perfect surroundings and an amazingly quick transfer from the airport but no noise from flights coming in or out. Our room was comfortable and well cleaned. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and smiling giving us a great Caribean welcome. We definitelyl hope to come back.

This was my second stay at Coco Reef. I decided to stay here again purely based on location. It is very close to the airport and if you rent a car it is an easy drive to most destinations. The hotel is in need of an update, and it should be done sooner rather than later. My room looked as...

2nd visit to Coco Reef and what a dissapointment from our last visit 3 years ago, our room had a constant pool of water in the toilet and despite telling reception and maids nothing was done about it until our last day, our room was not cleaned on 2 seperate occasions for 2 days and most days we never got...

We have just returned from almost 3 weeks at Coco Reef. We flew out Monarch (Premium Economy) and returned B.A.( Club World). Our room was a ground-floor suite and was very comfortable, well presented and cleaned and maintained to an excellent standard. It was a nice touch to find our name on a plaque over the door. Overall, the hotel...
