Having stayed in Tobago a couple of times before this and been underwhelmed by the so-called higher class hotels on the island, we decided to try The Kariwak, and what a pleasant surprise we got. This hotel is portrayed as a bit of a nature lovers hostel, which kind of put me off a little, but once you arrive you...

Last minute arrangements was well worth it, after being told arrangements were being made for us, only to be disappointed. Plans were made in a day as communication was quick and responsive. When we got there, the welcome was inviting and we enjoyed and loved the location being so close to everything yet its private and beautiful with the garden...

I stayed here for a week in the middle of February. The positives are that the food is excellent! In fact the food is probably the best thing about this place although the service can sometimes be very, very slow. I travelled with a friend and we were surprised that the rooms contain 1 king plus 1 single - there...

Our family of three enjoyed a cosy and very garden room at the hotel for a long weekend. The air conditioning was a treat after a hot day touring or relaxing at Pigeon Point. Breakfast was made-to-order, so be prepared to relax and enjoy the ambiance. Staff were very polite and extremely accommodating. I asked for a coffee tray to-go...

Staff is friendly, pleasant and not at all intrusive. I travelled alone to do some book writing. No one inquired why I was alone or made...

I recently visited kariwak village and I was pleasantly surprised to find this secret hotel/restaurant hiding within a 5 minute walk from tobago airport. I discovered it online whilst looking for local places to dine and this was recommended. I wanted to take the time out to really commend, maisha or mysha, I'm not quite sure of the spelling. When...
