We stayed at Akazora studio apartment for consecutive three nights at the end of March. Akazora has a great location, 10-minute walk from GoSnow / Gondola station, approx 5-8 minutes to various cafes and restaurants. By walking across street, you are able to find more than 3 restaurants already, 2 minutes walk up to supermarket. Convenience isn't a concern by... More

For a first timer in Niseko who does not skii and tagging along with my family who does, this was a great apartment for me! It was near a local Onsen, bus-stops , ski shuttle pickup stop right in front , 2 supermarkets within 3 mins walk, ATM, many resturants nearby so it was very convenient!! It was modern, had... More

I can't say enough about how Awesome The AKOZORA is. From the Apartment itself to the entire Staff and everything in between. The fact that we keep returning in itself speaks volumes. The apartments are clean, modern, spacious, and very well appointed, even the Studio apartments are self contained including a kitchenette and washing machine. It is centrally located to... More

We spent three weeks at Akazora in February and March in a two bedroom apartment with a great view of Grand Hirafu piste area. The apartment was modern and functional, staff was always on property and helpful whenever asked. The washer/dryer did require extra rack drying, and the TV was a bit tricky, but we were not there to watch... More

We stayed at Akazora Feb 20th for 10 nights in room 201 which was a ski view room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location is perfect with the Hanazono bus stop out front and other bus stops were approx 200 metres uphill along with Seicomart. An easy walk to the chair lift as well. The apartment was very... This is our second stay at Akazora. The location is convenient to everything. The grand hirafu shuttle bus stops outside the apartment, such that you don't have to walk to the lift chair. Staff is helpful, from arranging transportation to setting snowboard. Looking forward to our next stay in Akazora.

The room was spacious and clean. They advertise a washer and dryer but unfortunately the dryer does not work. All english TV channels were in Japanese. We stayed here as a couple during February for 7 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The 1 bedroom apartment was very well presented, modern and quite spacious. We booked 4 apartments for our group's holiday and all were spotlessly clean, well-equipped and the location was perfect. The beds are very firm though - but that's just personal preference - and maybe the management could provide quilts that actually cover the beds, we should probably have asked for an extra one.
