The only hotel I've seen within the area. Though it isn't obvious, it's huge because it runs until basement 2. In my room, of course the internet isn't anymore working. The floor was soil which made the room cold. The bathroom was dim and old. It also floods. I am not sure how much the company paid for the room...

This is my second stay at this hotel and I will be back again in October. The staff are wonderful and the food is amazing. When I first stayed I was part of a very large picky group yet the hotel was able to cater to everyone's needs, so when I returned on my own there was no question as...

This is not a hotel for tourists - it caters to lower income Moroccans. Every surface in the property is either concrete or terrazzo, which means noise travels far and wide. At 10PM, just after I went to bed, a drumming and singing concert started up in the nightclub that all the rooms surround. The noise was intolerable and went...

A large, clean and thoroughly decent hotel with good views over the valley and only a short walk down into the town centre. Meals are tasty, well served and traditional, depending on the time there should be music (drumming) during or after dinner. The rooms are large and comfortable with the advantage ( in April) of being very quiet.

Nice, big hotel that was very quiet when we were there (december, low season). We stayed here for one night and liked it, mainly because of the very friendly staff. Young Mohammed spoke english, french and I think spanish very well, and we had nice conversations with him. After dinner we played the drums and some other instruments. The hotel...

Good and clean. We have some doubts about if they wash the linen between diffeeent guests. If onw guy called Oussian, or similar, offer you a guided tour around the canion, dont do it. We did with him and was like following someone, lacking of information.

Although the hotel is in the process of being updated, it provided us with a most enjoyable 3 nights stay. The best thing is that the staff are very friendly and helpful, particularly Mohammed the receptionist and Abdul Latif, the excellent chef. Aziz the manager can provide good advice for exploring the nearby gorges and the Valley of the Roses....

“In winter the rooms are very cold at night, so it's worth paying for one with heating.”

“We suggest you check out your room first as some are better quality than others. Those overlooking the pool need the heating in winter but will be cooler in summer.”
