Very good option for families with kids, but it could have been perfect with a few tweaks. Let me start off with the biggest drawback: room size. They are simply small, but that is the nature of a lot of hotels/B&B in the area. This one the owners can't change ;). The rooms could use a small fridge, but otherwise all is available as needed.
Now the small things I recommend to fix: - Payments by card might increase revenue as often people do not have cash at hand ;) - Poor coffee in the morning. Do offer a cup of good coffee from the bar in the morning. People will come over in the afternoon for more (and will pay for it :)) - For dinners, be a bit more creative with the fruit juice. Serving the same small glass is a bit ridiculous. If you are cutting cost, simply put a big bowl of water with mint/lemon etc. Cheaper and will not make people take small sips of what is given - do extend the bar options with some snacks. People would go down for an apple pie or snack. The bar is great, use it potential :) - The B&B has many attractions for the kids, but the food options are limited. Analyze your guest range and make some lunch/dinner option available.
Now for the pros: It's a modern, fresh B&B with nice exterior/interior architecture. Nice dining room, cool bar and well equipped rooms. It's nicely located on a hill with nice views and loads of space for kids. The external playground is unique, not your daily plastic attractions, but great wooden huts of fun. The trampoline was also a fav with the kids. The interior kids area was big, had various toys to choose from. There could have been just a bit more toys of a bit better quality. Owners, if you ever read this :), please DO BUY WOODEN toys that are great with kids and really cheap in your neighborhood.
The food is really good. Breakfast options are rather limited, but the quality of food really good. Cheese, ham from the higher shelf.
For dinners, I do not like being given no options, but this time...I enjoyed the fun of tasting new things. All 7 dinners were good. I would skip the Italian cuisine and focus more on the local standards as the fish, rolls were perfect. The size of portions is ok, unless you are all inclusive eating monster ;). The soups were really good, and that comes from a person that does not like them by default.
Free Wi-Fi.
People were friendly and helpful. We asked once for a take away breakfast pack for a longer trip to the mountains - no issues.
All in all, for a "package" stay in the peak of the season, the value for money was ok. Good to see more "resorts" of this quality available. This will keep quality up and prices should not spike.

Really outstanding cuisine at the restaurant with international and traditional choices. My daughter was equally impressed, they service children's palettes very well.
Faultless service with very attentive staff that spoke English.
Try Grandmas cake to finish off your meal.

High quality food and beverages in restaurant and bar included traditional dishes prepared in modern way. Clean, spacious, luxury lobby, swimming pool and spa, incredibly friendly and helpful staff and location 20 meters from ski slope! Free parking! One of the best hotels I stayed in travelling europe! Should have 5* !

The hotel is in a lovely spot, the room i had was of a decent size, though it could have done with a good dusting. The hotel is a comfy place with some lovely places to chill out and relax. However when i stayed it was hard to get away from kids running around everywhere. I didn't sample the breakfast but the staff/hotel were kind enough to provide me with a pack lunch as a replacement.

We have stayed in Zawrat for a week during our snowboarding holiday. For 3 star hotel it was excellent! Staff very friendly and professional. Our hotel room was cosy and clean. Beautiful décor. Very helpful receptionist . Bartender was exceptionally great- he prepared us a beautiful cocktails and he was so helpful when we ordered food to our room. Many facilities for kids. Beautiful swimming pool and steam room. The only things that we couldn't understand our room was supplied with a kettle but no mugs, tea bags or coffee. Those were brought by housekeeper very quickly after we contacted reception. Over all we enjoyed our stay and plan to be back in the future.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good cleaning. We hade room 209 for 3 pers. Very big room with nice balcony. Kettle to boil water in the room. Soap in bathroom. New water bottles every day in room for free. Very nice. Restaurant was good (breakfast, dinner). Spa was nice. Big parking. Wifi for free. Smaller ski slope beside hotel. Possible to rent skis with hotel discount. Near Kotelnica Bialczanska. Unfortunately you CAN´T take ski lift directly to Kotelnica Bialczanska (I hope they would). But there is SkiBuss for free to take you there every 30min. Our last day we started to drive to airport at 5 am and they made breakfast boxes to us to take with us already in the evening. Very nice hotel 10/10.

We got our 2 nights stay as wedding gift from Polish friends so the place wasn't ours but knowing my friend I had known it would be great but it's more, this place is really excellent. We went over summer so no skiing but did hike up to and across the slopes and it seems to us that some of the slides are brand new. We actually got curious re winter. Anyways, the first hotel where we had no critics regarding the bathroom and the spa. The whole place as it is perfect and it seems that they were not trying to save on anything and everything's good quality: from the building to furnitures through spa, food, bar. Room smelled nice and bedsheets, too! No mold or whatsoever in bathroom or spa. Sauna is a must do, very modern. Pool and jacuzzi too! Breakfast is filling, international with Polish influence (which I looooooove) so if you like liver or meet for breakfast, you won't remain hungry. For dinner, there is no choice but I think it is best this way! Food was really great. We did have a few coctails at the bar and the bartender mixed the drinks for us based on his own recipes - amesomeness! We really cpuld unwind at Zawrat, hiked, got day tipsy, enjoyed the spa, had great food and started considering a winter visit. We couldn't be more satisfied, really! Thanks, Zawrat!

I booked a budget double, but I think I was upgraded, because I received a room with two pull out sofas and a double bed. It had outstanding views (as it was a corner room), was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was also not expensive. This is a lovely hotel for family ski getaways on a budget, or for walking/hiking trips in the summer.

Very lovely hotel, modern but still has the mountain vibe and lovely decor. Would definitely recommend. Nice spa area with sauna, steam room, swimming pool and Jacuzzi which was much needed after a long hike. The only think was the steam room was too hot to use it. Good polish breakfast with regional products. We also dine in the hotel restaurant twice which was very handy and tasty more of the modern European cuisine with a polish twist. Staff was very nice and attentive. Good choice of drinks and cocktails in the bar. Cocktails were delicious. The only little problem was there was a polish wedding in a hotel next door which was a little bit noisy for 2 nights so if you staying over the weekend earplugs might be handy. I can highly recommend this hotel it is definitely a high standard hotel similar class to what you can get in the Alps.

Excellent room, very good dinner and breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. We were in the summer, but the hotel is located right next to a ski lift. Very good value for money (it is classified three-star, but should be four-star).
