Nice quiet bed and breakfast with lovely garden. Breakfast is OK, not a lot of choice. Swimming pool and garden are awesome and most of the time you'll have them all for yourself. Nicely situated to visit the North of Madeira, however the North isn't as sunny as the southcoast. Next to that, the road to Santana is very narrow...

Spent 2 nights at this very nice B & B. Located in lovely grounds, with a swimming pool, just off the main road south of Sao Vicente. We had a well appointed room in a lovely house and an excellent breakfast each morning. This is a lovely place from which to explore the north coast of Madeira. Highly recommended.

Sao Vincente in winter is a bit of a one horse town, as is most of the north coast of Mareira. It was cloudy all the time that we were there, whilst Funchal had sunshine. The helpful lady at Casa da Piedada lit a fire for us in the evening. We enjoyed visiting the natural pools at Porto Maniz with...

A peaceful, lovely location, easy to get to. Beautiful, well cared for garden, a great place to rest after a hiking day. Nicely decorated and clean, spacious rooms. Very attentive owner, looks into special requests. Would definitely come back! Special thanks for the restaurant tip, best seafood in the taberna!

The B&B was really nice experience. the rooms were a bit funny but lovely and clean. There is access to the kitchen which makes this very comfortable if you want to prepare some food. I wouldn't really count on breakfast, because it was made from the cheapest brand in Madeira. but the bread was lovely. I also think that lady...

The B&B is very nice and is surrounded by a very beautiful garden. It has a lovely swimmingpool. The scenery around it is also beautiful. Some noise from the road passing in front. Had a 2 room bedroom with a tiny double bed. This tiny bed also had a very, very hard matrass. Sorry to say, but we had the...

Nice historic farmhouse, converted to B&B, though only guests sleep there. Good pool, sunny lawn and shrubs overlooking spectacular mountains topped with grey cloud! Guest rooms centred around large traditional kitchen on first floor and lounge area on ground. We had a two- room end accomodation - good job as I found the double bed so hard and uncomfortable I...

One of the nicest b&bs we've stayed in anywhere: a converted large family house in lovely gardens, quiet, and a couple of km inland from Sao Vicente. A really friendly welcome, comfortable rooms, a lovely open fire in the snug downstairs sitting room, light & airy conservatory style room upstairs looking out over the gardens & up to the mountains,...
