Stayed in one of the sideways beach facing rooms (B02 to B07). They seem relatively new and are quite comfy - good bed, fridge, ac, free water, etc. The view from the terrace was great. The place is relatively pricey - around 4,000 baht per night - and you are mostly paying for the location. I recall 1.5yrs ago a...

Basically, you're paying for the location, this is the only bit of beach worth swimming in on Koh Lipe. We initially paid for one of the 1,500thb brick cabins but on arrival, we realised it was infested with ants. I realise that this is part and parcel of staying on a tropical island but they were all over the bed...

This was our second visit in this resort. Bungalows are nice but.... Service very poor, one just don't understand how they can run resort without one english speaking (or German, French) person. There was approx 10 staff members each day and one or two of them knew english basics. Breakfest was few days a-la carte few days buffet. Poor selection....

Hotel generally at good location, because it is just by the seaside. Food serve are generally good and tasty too. Walking distance to town is a little bit far off for old people to walk. Surrounding sea generally safe and coolsy. Clean and bright sunshine most of the time which is good.

Aside from the great location, everything else is a disappointment. Over priced for the quality of the rooms (we stayed in sea view A room). The included breakfast is very limited, served slowly, reluctantly and then not worth the wait. This resort came highly recommended but the current management seem to have no interest in customer service. We won't be...

Good location on a beautiful beach, but that's where the good points end. Staff next to no English or any other language for that matter. I noticed Chinese and other Asians having similar problems. This resort is the classic example of how not to run a hotel. I stayed in one of the more expensive rooms second row. I actually...

This hotel has a perfect location on Ko Lipe, Pattaya beach is a tiny bit prettier but is too busy with Ferries (including the massive queues for immigration during arrival and departure), long boats and imported goods all coming and going. Sunrise beach has lovely little bars and restaurants and a really chilled out vibe, the Andaman resort is located...

Strategies location where by between the sunrise beach and sunset. You can watch sunrise or sunset together in one beach and the beach also better and cleaner than Pattaya Beach. The resort are also windily than Pattaya beach!

A fine resort in quiet area of lipe island. Clean but not very comfortable. Good atmosphere with freash air from Andaman sea. Price is affordable for qaulity and compare with other place on Lipe island.
