This is the best B & B we have stayed in. The room was beautiful and very comfortable with everything we could have wanted. Breakfast was excellent with the finest ingredients. Nothing was too much trouble. Better than 4 star. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you Debbie.

Fantastic rooms, very reasonably priced for the high standard provided. Very spacious bedroom. At 38 weeks pregnant it felt like a home from home which was exactly what I needed. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and did us a lovely breakfast tray as we were leaving too early to make breakfast in the morning. Had a lovely stay...

Had the Jasmine room, the largest. Was big enough for me to get lost in during the nightime bio break - ended up asking my gf where she was as I got into bed (in the pitch black). Was the wrong bed :D

Extremely comfortable bedroom in a lovely quiet setting. Breakfast was excellent with good quality produce. We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed our stay very much. It is ideally situated for visiting Brighton, Lewes and Ditching. We would whole heartedly recommend a stay here and will definitely stay again.

I stayed at this B&B cottage in March for a couple of days. Great location in tranquil countryside with lots of fresh air. As for the B&B, very comfortable bed and the settings were immaculate, beautiful with rustic but modern feel. The reception area was also very nice with comfortable furniture, cozy with adequate lighting at nights, and a very...

I spent one week in the South travelling for work and changing hotel every night. This was definetly the best. Good value for money, well cleaned, good breakfast and the owner Debbie, she is meticolous and very nice. I would say, almost "obsessed" by details (in a positive way). I would definetly recommend it for leisure or business.

Myself and a colleague stayed at Lantern Cottage on 6 occasions, over a 6 week period of surveying a site nearby!! We could not have asked for a more welcoming and comfortable stay. The rooms were pristine and fresh, and the beds were like clouds! Some of the best nights sleep I ever had away from home. In room facilities...

My husband, son and I stayed here in order to visit our daughter in Brighton. We wanted to be close to Brighton but somewhere quiet and tranquil and this B & B was perfect. 20 minutes from Brighton centre but tucked away in a rural setting. The cottage accommodation is charming and restful and very nicely furnished with a lovely...
