Breakfast terrible, constantly running out of food, dishes etc and nearly 1 hour in total waiting for order to be taken for hot food then for it eventually to be served. Hotel ran out of milk??? so couldn't use kettle in room for tea's and coffee's etc

Staying with my young family over Easter weekend we found this premier inn very serviceable. It is close to the motorway junctions so ideal for getting out and about and also has a supermarket, petrol station and several eateries right within the vicinity. In spite of this had a good sleep and didn't experience any noise issues. Rooms are a...

Rooms and building looking like could do with a bit of a refresh but all fine really. First time at a Premier Inn where disappointed - actually too noisy by road / given location and presumably build quality. Staff recommended adjacent pubs but I cannot recommend them at all for dinner. But great breakfast service from the next-door Hungry Horse....

We stayed in this hotel on our annual trip to Lancashire for a dance competition in Blackpool. As a rule we always stay in a Premier Inn as you know what you're getting in terms of your room and breakfast. Last year we stayed at Craven Drive across the road from this hotel but as my wife, my daughter and...

Can't fault your staff. I had my Mum up for a night and she was singing the praises of your receptionist. Toni this, Toni that. Apparently she took good care of her and was there when she arrived and the next morning leaving. Given my Mum's frailty it was great that she was able to help her with her bags...

Room was great for the price, clean, warm and comfortable. Bed was nice and comfortable although my daughter was on a guest bed which she didn't sleep too well on because it was very hard. Nice big bath which was nice because I don't have the luxury at home. I was left a decorated wine glass in the room for...

The usual great service from the staff, at this Premier Inn. Unfortunately I found the facilities, although clean, were very tired and in dire need of an upgrade/refurbishment particularly to the fixtures and fittings.

Visited in march with my wife as we were up in the Preston area for a number of business meetings. From start to finish the experience was a very enjoyable one. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome and friendly greeting. The member of staff on duty was very polite , professional and appeared only too keen to...

Me and family stayed here and have to say never stayed in a hotel with such warm and welcoming staff. Kids were welcomed with a treat on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. Very happy customers will be returning very soon x

A very old site in need of some t.l.c. Breakfast did not live up to the advertising but the overall sleep quality was satisfactory. The best attraction was next to the motorway and Sainsbury's for petrol

“We were in room 2 which was on the ground floor. The window opened to the main entrance so we were disturbed a few times by people going into the Wakey Warehouse and entering Premier Inn main reception. It wasn't the end of the world though - it was otherwise quiet. ”
