We stayed in the Engine House cottage for 10 days in July and found the cottage, it's location, facilities and hosts excellent. Bath, Wells, Cheddar Gorge and numerous other sites and activities are all within easy reach.

I recently stayed here with my girlfriend for a long weekend. We didn't want to stay in Bath itself, so chose Withy Mills as our accommodation. From the moment we enquired about availability, the owners were great. Communication was excellent, and when we arrived the wee cottage was all prepped and a personalised letter was there for us with all... More

We (family of four from Berlin, Germany) enjoyed our stay at Whippletree Cottags, Withy Mills Farm, very much. Our host Debbie gave us a very warm welcome and was helpful and attentive thoughout our stay. Our two daughters (10 & 6) were always welcome at the farmhouse to play with the kittens. Whippletree Cottage itself is very comfortable and charming,... More

We stayed in Wharfingers Cottage at Withy Mills Farm, a lovely quiet location roughly mid way between Bath and Wells. Some very 'interesting' local roads to take and so we were very lucky with the weather. The cottage was very well equipped, with the advantages of constant under floor ground sourced heating, a relaxing whirlpool bath, a log fire and... More

The stone outbuildings at Withy Mills Farm have been beautifully converted into three self catering units. We stayed in Whippletree Cottage. The owner has put a lot of attention and care into choosing the décor and the furnishings. Everything is on a farm or countryside theme. There is under floor heating and a wonderful wood burning stove, which my grown... More

I stayed in the Engine House last week- 2 nights with my husband for a weekend break, and then the next 6 nights with my friend while we attended a training course nearby. The cottage was super- it's bigger than the photos on the website make it look. It's modern, uncluttered and the views are wonderful. The bed is HUGE!... More
