Stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel was not modern but I found it quite retro, thus enjoying the 1970s. The room (non-smoking) was clean, though some furniture could be replaced by something new. It got everything expected in any Japanese hotels (kettle, slippers, nightwear, etc). The breakfast was ok (both Japanese and western). The highlights were to get access...

Stayed 2 nights while on business. The hotel is quite a way out of the city - 25min on tube. The hotel is not very modern, the rooms are quite dated and the breakfast was quite basic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is right by a large shopping centre complex.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Good spacious and clean rooms. I think it is more used by business travellers since this hotel is designed for conferences and meetings. The breakfast spread was also very good. There is a very nice souvenir shop at the hotel. Overall had a very pleasant stay.

Visited for 10 days for a conference. The hotel itself is ok. The inventory seemed a bit old, but everything was ok. Breakfast was ok. I had a problem with allergies, as they marked all food items with allergens, except soy. So soy not being marked does not mean anything. The bar closed at ten I think, when we were...

Very dated hotel and in a desperate need of an upgrade, not the greatest location but would have been good back in its hay day, breakfast was very average and not the healthiest selection of food but enough to get you by until lunch. Rooms were very dated but I got lucky and got a large room, don't expect to...

I stayed for three weeks on a business trip. I've also stayed for a few weeks in past years. The public spaces in the hotel are very airy and grand, but the impression it leaves is harking back to a bygone era. These days the tall atria and wide, marbled corridors are oft desserted even though the hotel is usually...

The website was easy to follow, had translation and the cancellation policy was clearly posted. The hotel was very pleasant upon arrival. Big open first floor with 3 restaurants, a little area to shop and a bar. The gardens were beautiful to wander around in and to look at from the big windows surrounding one of the restaurants. I did...

I stayed overnight at the hotel in early Febrary 2013 for my one day working at Osaka University. The hotel is located within 5 minutes walking from Banpaku Chuou Kouen (Expo Memorial Park) of Osaka Monorail Line which is connected between Itami Kuukoou (Osaka International Airport) and Kadoma city. And, the hotel is located nearby highway. The hotel has spa...

The hotel is a bit tired, carpets stained and room was slightly smelly. There is no minibar in the room, but there are vending machines in the corridor. The room is tiny and bed not long enough for me, but that is quite standard in Japan. No English channel on the TV which challenges the "international" prefix to the hotel...
