I often gravitate to Westin hotels when I am looking for a fair price and great service. My stay here for a snowboarding getaway did not disappoint! My favourite thing about this hotel is how it blends in with the "village" feel. It's very ski lodgesque, super cozy but modern at the same time. The service from the moment we...

Had a two bedroom with full kitchen and living room. Worked out heat for 2 families since there were 2 bathrooms and one of the rooms had 2 queen beds. Room looked out at mountains and was beautiful at night to see skiers. Perfect location to walk to village and enjoy many options in addition to onsite O & B...

Stayed 2 nights at the Westin Trillium House, mid week for a spa getaway. Was greated upon arrival by friendly staff, and was taken aback by how clean and bright it all was. Check in was easy, and we opted out of the underground parking service, even though it was snowing hard. Our room was one of the more basic...

I was up at the Westin Trillum for a ski weekend with my family. A few days before the trip, I was contacted (via email) by Roman and Tassi who are the Starwood Experience Specialists there, and they took care of everything related to our stay including rental fittings (they arranged a service where fittings are done in-room!), restaurant reservations...

A group of 4 girls decided to stay at the Westin Trillium at Blue Mountain for a night in January 2015. We arrived to the hotel and were automatically greeted with the valet staff. They helped us take our luggage up to our room. All the staff members were all smiles! We got to the front desk and they had...

Two adults, three teenagers in a very comfortable two bedroom suite - lots of space, big bathrooms, kitchenette, living room. Hotel staff excellent, friendly, helpful. Rooms and open spaces were all cold, cold bar area, no open or cozy fire, chilly throughout - we would have imagined a ski hotel to have been inviting and warm but not this place...

This was my first trip to Blue Mountain and we had a wonderful weekend here! Yes, there are cheaper hotels in the area, but I wouldn't consider looking anywhere else to stay than here. The kitchenette came stocked with cutlery, glasses, plates, pans, and a variety of cooking utensils. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms themselves were very...

We stayed for one night on a busy weekend in peak season, three families in two family rooms. We had a blast. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well-presented and well-equipped. We brought our own food to prepare in the kitchenette, which not only saved us money but was fun as we opened some wine and cooked together (I am thus...

This hotel has some MAJOR issues with their customer service, which takes it from a 4 star property to a 2.5 - 3 star one. The Good: Rooms appear to have received a 'soft' upgrade: new carpets, furniture reupholstered and new fixtures in the bathroom Bed is comfortable Wifi speed was excellent Gym is clean and equipment is in good...

Very clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was great! Really liked the room and found it was well stocked. Beds were very comfy and the robes were surprising soft. We had an issue with the fireplace but it was quickly dealt with. Our stay was fantastic. Nice to come back to after spending all day in an...
