The high price charged for our one bedroom plus loft did not reflect value received at this hotel. The biggest pluses were the hotel’s close proximity to the ski lift, the beautiful mountain view, and the attractive lobby and ground floor, Otherwise, our room was overdue for a renovation, particularly the bathroom. The room overall and kitchenette were cramped and poorly designed, and the shower was the smallest we have ever experienced in a Marriott chain hotel, and we have stayed at many. The corridors above the ground floor are very narrow and dark, more befitting of a Budget hotel. By far the most helpful and cheerful were the housekeeping staff, the front desk staff were hit and miss in helpfulness, and mostly unknowledgeable about the resort outside the hotel. There was no coffee available for the rooms’ outdated one cup slow coffee machines for our entire stay since the hotel ran out of it. Bottled water, towel changes, additional soap etc had to be called for each day, since rooms were not cleaned or serviced due to covid, until after three nights stay. We had a nice tasting dinner at the attractive hotel restaurant, with excellent service, but it too was somewhat overpriced in our opinion,

In November 2020 we booked four nights in a one bedroom queen suite for March break 2021 for a rate of $ 278 per night. Today I went on the Marriott site to view my reservation and a red warning popped up before I could do anything. The warning said Your room is not available. Available is a deluxe guest room for $ 525 per night for the same period. Outrageous! How could my room not be available when it is not March!! Is this a normal practice to bump loyal clients and offer a less room at almost twice the price !!!! We booked this five months in advance and this is what happens. Beware... We will never stay here again.

I was here with my bf and my dog for my birthday. They left me a box of chocolate and a birthday card, so that’s very nice of them. Balcony room is a must, the view is remarkable, just the view is worth the price. The property itself is nice but the hotel room inside is quite worn out, definitely need some renovation. That’s why I remove 1 star from it. Location is unbeatable, across from the village, I could walk in high heels to restaurants in the village, really a short distance walk. None of the restaurants allow dogs outside, can’t even on the patio, so that really sucks. Will come back.

This trip dates to pre-covid; catching up on some reviews for great trips. I stayed with friends for my birthday and used a suite night award and was eventually given a stunning room with a balcony spanning the resort that you could play soccer on. Concierge Justin and front desk Brianna did everything to make my birthday stay memorable; hope they are still there free all the turmoil of 2020

We planned an overnight stay here after a activity filled day at Blue Mountain and we have no regrets about it. It was an amazing and comfortable stay; close to all the resort activities and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The lobby was elegant, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a one bedroom suite fortunately on the top floor, which is always a delight. The kitchenette always comes in handy when you have kids and leftover. And the bed (including the sofa bed) was really comfortable for a good night sleep. Wish we had time to enjoy the pool, but perhaps next time.
