Hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are spacious. Slops are within walking distance. The skis may be left to the complimentary ski valet at the end of the day. The only issue is the prices a bit higher even on Monday thru Thursday, when compared to similar ski resorts along East Cost. Also it would be nicer if they...

Was not clean, but seemed cleaner as the stay went on, imagine that...the bedding had to be replaced upon our arrival, a few runs of the dish washer and coffee maker before using was a must. Towels were under sized and overused....in desperate need of some updating and attempt detail.

There was a total of 11 of us and we had requested we all got rooms next to one another. The hotel told us they couldn't promise anything but they made it happen. The check in staff were extremely friendly and were able to help us out right away! We had the 2 bedroom suite with the view of the...

My large family group stayed in two separate two-bedroom units for three days over Christmas holidays 2015. We were very disappointed with the experience. The rooms were dirty. Not nit-picky, a bit of dust on the top shelf dirty--but in some places seemed they hadn't even been cleaned. Hair on the bathroom floor. Evidence of the toiled having been used....

Dear Kenojuak, Thank you for your commentary, it’s always disappointing when we learn that a guest was dissatisfied with their experience. Naturally this is not the quality of service we strive to deliver and as you can see by the many wonderful reviews of this property, it is not at all in keeping with the many other guest sentiments. The seasons was great, the condo like suite was perfect for our little getaway. The room was very comfortable and the fireplace was a great touch when it got cold. The staff was great every staff member we passed greeted us and asked how the stay was.
