I don't have one bad thing to say about our visit! Everything was perfect, from an easy check in, to a large and clean room with a great balcony, we totally enjoyed our stay. Not many places in the area allows dogs, but they treated ours like a superstar, and even had an adorable present waiting for her in our room. It was also my partners birthday and they had a gift for him too! Our bed was by far the most comfortable bed we have stayed in for a long time, the room was super quiet also. We had dinner at The Pottery restaurant which was flawless and delicious. We also had lunch at Jozo's which was also great! A special shoutout to Joanne and Jessica for making our stay memorable - we will be back!

My friend and I stay at the blue mountain village every year for a girls weekend just to relax and getaway. We’ve stayed at the inn before and found that it met our needs, this time however it was horrible and I will not be staying here again. The biggest issue with our stay was the paper thin walls. I could hear word for word what the people next door were saying. Seeing as we stayed during the COVID-19 pandemic and the hotel is at reduced capacity I’m not sure why they would put us in a room next to a large young group. I’m pretty easy going when it comes to hotels and noise levels etc.. but this was unacceptable. We went to bed with around 11pm (bars and restos close then and not much else to do) and could hear the people next door to us talking loudly, I let it go because it was as only 11pm and managed to fall sleep anyways. Come 2am I was woken up by loud shouting, talking and laughing inside the two rooms next door and out on the balcony. I called down to the front desk right away, they did NOTHING. The noise continued until 5am, it was clearly a large party. The people staying on the other side of us were pounding on our walls thinking the noise was coming from us. I’m so disappointed that the hotel staff did nothing and let them keep us awake all night long. We go to blue mountains to relax, go to the spa, getaway and have a break, we left feeling exhausted and not relaxed at all. I let the front desk know about this issue upon our check out and the manager offered me 10 then 20% off my next stay. I found the likely $30 off offer insulting considering what we paid for the night. Beyond this issue the rooms are dated and so are the facilities. We had massages at spa inside the inn (Koala spa) since Scandinave was fully booked. The room where my massage took place was embarrassing! It had a shower and a bath tub in the room with junk piled sky high in the tub, and while I was getting my massage the lights were flickering on and off, not worth the $180 I spent. We were able to book the pools at Scandinave which made the trip worth it- thankfully! I’ve stayed at many hotels in the village and have never had issues like this before. I will never stay at the INN again and would suggest you look elsewhere. Terrible customer service and I don’t want to know everything about my neighbours.…

We regret to see that you were dissatisfied with your stay and found the walls rather thin, allowing noise/voices to transfer, this is naturally not the experience we strive to deliver and regret to see that our Security team was unsuccessful at cautioning these unruly guests. Typically, when a guest calls about noise, Security is dispatched immediately to the offending room and sincerely regret the oversight on this occasion. We will share your commentary with the leadership team within our front office to ensure associates are informed of their role when addressing guest issues. The Kalola spa is located in the Blue Mountain Inn and is independently owned and operated, we will ensure your comments reach the owners of this facility. I had previously stayed at this properly on two separate occasions and had no issues with either stay. This review is for my most recent stay. Stayed here in a "King Suite" for a night. Room is tired, dated and in poor condition. Stains on couch, fireplace rocks are not even attached to the wall they are simply propped up against it. Bed was super uncomfortable, barely slept. Heat did not work. I sent a text message to the hotel and they said they would send maintenance in the morning despite us checking out that morning. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Average hotel with the room pretty dated in their look. There was no circulation of air which made the room claustrophobic. The place is convenient if coming for the activities in and around the mountain.

The Blue Mountain Inn guest rooms are standard hotel rooms, unlike our Village suites that offer kitchenettes and full kitchens in the larger units. The Inn location is a little further outside of the Village and a little less exposed to foot traffic. The Inn provides ease of access to the slopes, hiking trails and attractions and is just a short walk to the Village. This location is very popular with new and repeat guests, we regret to see this location fell short of your expectations.
