Thank you for taking the time to pass on your thoughts to ourselves. We are disappointed to hear that you felt the portion of meat in the Steak Pie was not great and was also a little fatty, I will speak with Chef regarding this as we pride ourselves in our Traditional Steak Pies and our Homemade Sticky Toffee Puddings....

Not the best signposted pace we've stayed at - thank God for Sat Nav. A new sign outside hotel would make finding it much easier. We stayed in one of the chalets are were immediately impressed with how fresh and clean it was. Plenty space and modern furniture, loads of wardrobe space and easily a place where you could comfortably...

Was booked here as nearby hotel full, but pleasantly surprised. Cannot comment too widely, as my experience limited, but ideal for my purposes. Didn't have dinner but breakfast very good and service faultless. I suspect choice of room could be big factor. There was a function on, so I was a little apprehensive, but I was given room 247 which...

This has to be a very well kept secret so close to Glasgow with its myriads of bucket hotels. This has class, quiet, frirendly. Good excellent food. Would avoid all others in Glasgow, and be happy to travel the extra few miles to catch a flight etc.

Most unfortunate that you were on standby and that you did not get an opportunity to get around because you didn't have transport. We do however have regular buses that travel to the local village and city centre, which might have given you the chance to see and use the local amenities, perhaps we might have to provide more timetables...
