A very pleasant B&B with an excellent breakfast. The accommodation is however up some steep steps so if you have mobility problems, you will have a problem. Apart from that it is a very pleasant place to stay. The village itself is a bit strange as the village has several hairdressers and undertakers rather than normal shops

This is our second visit to The Old Mill, and Cumbernauld. Helen makes you very welcome,at ease and she is very helpful. The room we had both visits is the bigger double. It's bright, clean and very comfortable, just what's needed after driving from the midlands. Great value and excellent breakfasts (we enjoy our food) . The breakfast room is a good place...

Has everything you need for a stop after a long days travelling. Inside is pleasantly surprising compared to looking from the out side. Plenty of off road parking with a nice...

Booked in for a 7 night stop for the Commonwealth games. Helen was happy to take a provisional booking ahead of the ticket allocations which was better than I could have had any closer to the city. Although it is a little tucked away and access is via stairs at the back of the property, parking is easy and right...

Tucked away, up a few stairs with close access to an ample car park, we were greeted by the lovely Helen and shown into a bright, spacious room. We were given suggestions for dinner and made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was fresh and filling and we met two ladies from New Zealand over breakfast around a large dining table,...
