Very helpful staff. Owner drove us to train home when taxi wait was long. Great buffet breakfast each morning. Amazing Onsens, futons a little on the thin side. Great location for skiing on Akakura, buses and shops
Friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. Ski room is good and the onsen big with 2 different pools. The smaller is warm and the bigger is hot. Rooms are typical japanese. Smoking is allowed but doesn't usually bother.
