Very cozy and inviting. Fells like home the moment you walk in. Friendly international staff. Everything is extremely clean. Bed (and that's how I judge the hotels)was comfy and bedding was expensive. Great hot tub! will be back

Pros: -Only a mile to the ski slopes -Self-contained room -Free wi-fi -Gave us a refund for one night (as they were able to re-sell the room) when we had to leave early by a day on short notice -Staff helpful and friendly Cons: -Moldy - visible in bathroom and carpet smells -Tired furnishings and carpet, in dire need of...

I stayed in suite 15. It was spacious, with a king bed, sofa, kitchenette, and fireplace. The hot tub on the second floor was awesome with a fireplace to contrast the piled up snow. Temperature control in the room was a little difficult. I found it either too hot or too cold and had to fiddle with heat and fireplace....

Our family had a fantastic time at this hotel. You walk out of the hotel, and you're in the middle of all the shops and restaurants in the ski valley. The rooms have kitchens with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The staff is helpful. Late check out wasn't an issue. This place is worth the money. Also, they have an excellent...

The staff and facility was great. Enjoyed our stay. Despite the construction going on, it was very quiet. The only downside is the temperature in the room can get too warm at night, and it's a little difficult to cool it down without leaving the balcony door, which has no screen, open.

I stayed at Alpine Village Suites twice this past summer of 2015. The first time in Early June, second time in mid-August. The first stay was excellent, I fell in love with this beautiful little hotel with the paintings of bears everywhere. The front desk staffer, I believe his name was Brian, was very gracious and accomodating and made our...

We had a balcony above the creek! We kept the sliding glass door open to get the fresh mountain air and snuggled under the covers at night! There was a flat screen tv in the living room, which also contained a breakfast table, and a mini kitchen. We had a separate bedroom with a king size bed. The bathroom had...

We were in Room 14, which is on the top floor. The room has a wonderful balcony that faces a lovely stream. We went in the summer to get away from the heat of the city. The hotel was very nice and the staff were great. The jets on the hot tub were not working but it was nice sitting...

This is a great place. Beautiful cozy hotel. Great staff. Close to the stray dog. Right by the Wheeler peak trail. But...... there's no ac in the rooms. So you HAVE to get a balcony room so you have a breeze at night. AND get a fan from the front or you'll burn up at night. We had to switch...

We were booked into the Taos Mountain Cabin, and were very pleased. This cabin is about 1 1/2 miles from the mail lodge, an easy drive, or a beautiful walk. The cabin easily accommodated us, 3 adults and 2 children. There was a living room with sofa bed, a double bed in the bedroom, and two twin beds in the...
