Arrived in Kalaw at 4am and found this place after walking for a few minutes from the bus stop. Woke up the man sleeping in reception who offered us a room for 25,000 kyat. We probably could have offered slightly less but we were tired and felt guilty about waking him. Our room was very comfortable, if a little dark....

Clean rooms with good basic facilities, English "fluid" spoken, fine basic breakfast, close to village center. Lovely staff, who will help book travel and trekking. All of that for a reasonably low price. Great value for money!

We stayed for a 6-7 hours in this hotel, as we checked inn at 3 AM in the morning. The weather was pretty chilly outside and after entering the room it felt quite cozy and relaxing. It's located right on the main road and easily visible from there. Would love to stay there again for few more days.

Not really a perfect hotel but ok with Low price. Room floor are dirty and wet. Don't consider laundry service as they can't deliver on time and I have difficulty to wear for next day. All they answer is clothes are not dry yet because of rain.

Central location, fine hotel for a reasonable price (35 USD double room in high season) It has its own style, decorated with a lot of wood. I liked it. Our room had many windows therefore it was light. Fully equiped with slippers, minibar e.o. We didn't ask for much service. It's nice to sit on the balcony. And go for...

OK place. Room was a little dark but generally clean and big. Bathroom OK and had hot water but I like mine a little cleaner than this- pretty dingy. Heater didn't work, wifi didn't work. Staff a mix- most lovely and helpful, some not so great. Restaurant on bottom floor served a great breakfast done with effort, care and pride-...

There isn't much about this hotel to say except that's it decent, the rooms and showers are clean. Breakfast is ok and staff is helpful enough though English can be a little bit of a hurdle depending on the question and who was working. There are a good amount of restaurants in the area within walking distance. What annoyed me...

I think this was a pretty good deal for the price. The rooms were clean and comfy, the showers hot and the breakfast decent. Can't ask for much more! It's also close to the centre of town so a convenient location for walking to restaurants and the local sights.
