PROPERTY’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

We escaped the city on a birthday weekend and were completely blown away by Clarendon Cottages. Everything from the decor down to the layout was perfect. Beautiful colours, gorgeous kitchen and an amazing bathroom. Not a detail was missed in the cottage, complimentary port and a cupboard full of games, we really got the chance to relax and unwind next...

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, Chris warmly greeted us and showed us through the Stables Cottage. The Cottage exceeded our expectations, it was beautifully presented, immaculate and had so so many little extras that made the stay so special. The view of the gardens and the lovely gas log fire made us feel so cosy and relaxed!...

What a beautiful spot! Found by complete accident but I'm so glad I did, the cottage was so homely and cosy. I slept like a log, Chris & Gayle were wonderful hosts, recommend the Pig & Whistle down the road for a feed too, will definitely be back.

We have travelled a lot in our time around Australia as well as abroad. Clarendon Cottages was an amazing place to stay. And only an hour and half away from home. A little Gem to escape from life and recuperate before going back and facing the world again.

Be prepared to be well looked after! Every detail was thought of, from warm fleece gowns to snuggle up on the couch with, chocolates on arrival, DVDs and audio dock, fresh produce for breakfast and a variety of hot drink selections to choose from. Happy to recommend to others without hesitation!
