Passed though the lovely village of Ashprington on a walk from Totnes and stopped off for refreshment. Great beer and really friendly staff and landlord; we heard the Sunday lunches were recommended so booked for the next day. We weren't disappointed! A great traditional pub....More

Popped in on a sunny afternoon , great gin choices. Nice lunch menu had a butternut squash risotto cooked beautifully, and a steak sandwich with onions, delicious.The fish and chips looked great( someone else was having that ) Friendly staff. Very dog friendly pub too...More

A lovely pub set in a beautiful quiet village; they offer a good choice of real ales and also have a good selection of gins. I am yet to sample their food so can't comment. There is plenty of seating indoors and some seating outdoors....More
