The hotel location at Milimani is fantastic! The view over the town and into the lake across the ridge is breathtaking. The food was great. The rooms are quiet and spacious. Room's furniture is dated.

Recommended this place for workmates and was utterly disappointed, horrible horrible food, unkempt dirty rooms, dirty linen with embarrassing stains, unprofessional staff, even cutlery was disappointing! Well built, poorly managed place. User beware

The view on Lake Nakuru is fantastic. But apart from that this lodge is a real nightmare! Our meals were served only with two hours' delay and after several complaints. The meat was putrid and the tilapia only consisted of bones. The soup was disgusting and hardly edible. And for the use of the swimming pool, my 1 1/2 year...

Amazing view of Nakuru Town, lake and the national park. Valuables were stolen in a locked room and the management was very defensive. Access road is dark and very rough so most likely unsafe at night. Service is lackluster and the breakfast gets ready at 10am so if you are leaving early forget it.

I stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights towards the end of May 2016. I can assure you that there is no other view of Nakuru that can beat Capital Hill. I loved the spacious rooms with the balcony facing the lake. I was concerned about the service due to the negative comments online before my arrival, but...

I staid at the hotel end of March 2016. The location is fantastic. Te rooms are good. The restaurant services and reception are disparately and consistently poor. The trouble is that management seem not to care. The place is now deserted and run down. Kitchen services are very slow. There was only one cook who is also the waiter. This...

The place has completely poor management. Service is bad. Staff decorum with clients is non existent. It is a sad affair especially because the owner had a very promising vision for the place and that there is a heavy investment put into the facility. The tranquility and magnificent view of lake Nakuru and the environs are all lost when you...

Valuables were stolen from a locked room. Management were completely unhelpful and dismissive, I made several attempts to explain to management and was not given any assistance. Avoid this hotel, not recommended.

Whoever said elegance and sophistication can't match friendly prices? This lodge is located in the Milimani area, a kilometer or so from Nakuru town. Everything in this lodge; from the personnel, to the conference facilities, to the rooms to the view to the swimming pool, and dining area spell elegance. It is my opinion that no expenses were spared in...
