We stayed for 3 nights and found the property warm and very comfortable. Kathy looked after us and helped with info regarding a train trip.It was just lovely to find somewhere with this level of service. Hotels are ok but they always lack something. This was a very pleasant change and we enjoyed just cooking somehting simple for dinner each...

This has to be one of the best value B & Bs ever. Cathy is so welcoming and has provided everything you could want for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was wonderful and beats many premium hotels' efforts. My TomTom found it first time and if you are heading for Brands Hatch, it couldn't be more convenient. I'm looking...

We stayed in Railway Cottage with my sister and brother-in-law for 4 nights. Cathy met us when we arrived and showed us round. The cottage was ideal for the 4 of us. Very well equipped and all the food you could think of (and more!) provided for breakfast. We went out every day and everything had been replenished when we...

The other reviews to me are very accurate. The setting is very good and peaceful and the cottage was super. Beautifully decorated and Cathy had left tons of fresh fruit - far too much for a single traveller - plus enough for several breakfasts - not just the one I was there for. I wholeheartedly recommend Beechfield to anyone looking...

I arranged to stay at the Chicken Shed as my daughter was getting married. I stayed there on my own for two nights and then family and friends arrived to stay in readiness for the big day. My friends stayed at the other cottage. The accommodation is lovely and the food provided is exceptional. Cathy is skilled in being attentive...

We stayed in the Chicken Coop and it was a wonderful experience. Plenty of space (there were three of us) and an excellent kitchen. A cook breakfast is not provided but you have a refrigerator amply stocked as well as plenty of cereal, milk, juices, bread, fruit, etc. The grounds are excellent and my children had a great time playing...

Take care approaching turn off from main road as access road name is not well signed; approach road also very narrow! Extremely well appointed seperate cabin in quiet location with lovely views over Happy Valley. Specific breakfast requirements fully met with numerous other "goodies" provided by Steve and Cathy White, the Owners. Bags of crockery etc! Would return without hesitation.

Perfect location for expats to visit family in London, Sussex and Kent. The cottage is clean, with a lovely view. Everyday the kitchen is restocked with a great selection of breakfast items. Farm fresh eggs, locally made sausages, yogurts and fruit. We ate very well during our stay. My son loved playing soccer with the 3 lovely White boys, while...

The bed was soft and comfortable with more pillows than you can shake a stick at. The kitchen was well stocked with a selection of cereals in one cupboard, fresh sausages, bacon, eggs, milk, butter and juice in the fridge and umpteen varieties of confection and drink sachets. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise (I was having...

When travelling, the place you stay should feel like home away from home. Beechfield Cottages is just that. The facilities and services met and exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was re-stocked and cottage cleaned on a daily basis, no matter what time we left on our excursions. Thanks to Cathy & Steve for making our...
