The place we stayed out was lovely. Great if you are wanting a weekend away. Nice and tidy. Very comfortable. Walking distance of most things that you'd love to do at Matakana so even better. Happy to stay again. Reasonable priced.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit with an infant and a very active 2 year old. The room has been refurbished to a high standard and with 2 heat pumps we were nice and cozy despite the winter visit. The location is excellent. The road entrance is off the main road but the motel has a back entrance onto...

We stayed over Queens Birthday Weekend and all that was available was a 2 bedroom unit which we didn't need but it was lovely totally refurbished and modernised, warm and very comfortable. Very different from our last visit and now has new owners. A short stroll to the centre of Matakana Village so it's perfect. Certainly worth another visit in...

Handy location but basic accommodation. Room was basic as were the amenities - no sink in the kitchenette. King size bed was two mattresses joined together making an uncomfortable bed. We were also unlucky to have a neighbour who was entertaining/wooing till late - lack of sound proofing meant we were kept "entertained" until late..... Location was great - handy...

The motel was very clean, its quiet, and very close to everything, so you can have a few wines and walk home at night. Beds comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful, would definately go back there again.

We had a wedding to go to in Matakana and as it was a long weekend decided to make the most of it. We were really happy with our unit, it was spotless and attractively decorated, lovely pool area and super wee playground for our grandson. The added bonus was that the motel ix so centrally located you can walk...

Stayed in a 2 bed apartment with family of 5. Compact spaces but everything we needed at a fair price. Very clean bathroom and the beds very comfortable. We also used the laundry which was $2 per load and free dryer - good to have when you're travelling with kids. Excellent location within Matakana. A short stroll through the carpark...

We stayed at this motel for 2 nights, From the moment we approached them to stay Maree was so helpful and adaptable to our needs. The organization was a breeze. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the facilities in the...
