Excellent service from the minute they answered the phone when I made the booking. We booked a studio for my folks & A 2 bedroom for my family. My only little whine would be the studio was bit small however our 2 bedroom was fine not huge but the usual size & good as gold for us 4. The rooms...

Quiet, nice pub nearby. Good shower, bed, kitchen (not used see first sentence) I'm sure there were probably things to see there but we were there for work. Dark when you leave and dark when one gets back.

We were hit by cyclonic rain on our way south & had been told of this gorgeous little town ... we arrived exhausted with no booking & were greeted warmly by our host so booked into this motel for 2 nights as we couldn't drive in that weather. The room was very clean, spacious, bed was very large & comfortable...

Needed a nights stop traveling with there family from Northland to Auckland, this was perfect. Modern, clean well equipped, large rooms. To top it off, walking distance to an incredible array of foodie gems in Matakana.

A large, very clean room with king bed, two bunks and a lovely spa bath. Lovely and clean, ample cooking facilities and a great decked veranda to the rear where you can enjoy a nice glass of Ransome Estate wine. Central Matakana right behind the pub and so close to the Saturday market which is a must visit. Everything closes...

Awesome location just behind the main street and pub. Beautiful and clean, great set up. Downside was our bed. King size (two singles pushed together), lumpy and hard so we slept in the two singles in the 2nd bedroom which were a little less lumpy but still hard. Would be great spot for a family, well equipped with awesome playground.

Very friendly welcome and allowed early access to our room. Stayed for two nights in a studio (room3). The property was very clean and tidy with a large walk in shower. Overall room size was good and we had a small deck that we sat out on. The bed was very comfortable. Our only gripe was the lack of a...

If you're looking for somewhere out of the city for the night but good quality, come to this place. Everything was clean and tidy, looks new and I had a good nights sleep. Highly impressed from everything and would recommend if you are passing by.

Very clean and minimalistic! The 'welcome' was lukewarm and had a 'take it or leave it' ramped way down attitude, not the usual enthusiastic kiwi welcome. Perhaps my car was not impressive enough?? Maybe.. a 13 yr old wagon no matter how shiny may not be that welcome here I suspect. Not such a good look you know my dear...
