Lovely place, wonderful decoration, nice gardens, flowers and candles. Very close to a fantastic beach very large and quiet. Wonderful and inspiring yoga sessions in very nice shalas. Massages are good quality (but not cheap for India...). Food is good, not so much variety but fair. Nevertheless, choose very well your period... april is really TOO hot, attending 2 yoga...

Dear Fabienne - thank you for your review. I am glad it seems you enjoyed your stay and it is unfortnate that there were a few things that meant it was not optimum. Of course the weather is something that we cannot affect :) April is a funny month, sometimes cooler than March, but as the monsoon approached the humidity...

I have only wonderful memories and great feedback to share from stay at Ashiyana. After 2-weeks of non-stop travelling and exploring the South of India (5 cities in 11 days!), Ashiyana couldn't have been more welcomed! Rustic and built from the ground with earthy toned architecture and Indian antiquities adorned here and there. You'll find it's hidden away and built...

Physically Ashiyana is amazing. The grounds are well cared for and obviously loved, the food is excellent, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the yoga teachers exceptional, the massages and treatments healing and the accommodation is varied enough to please everyone. I personally love the rustic beach hut, it feels like my own island in a sea of beauty...

I spent 4 weeks at Ashiyana and did my YTT there. The place is absolutely amazing, great staff, always helpful and caring. The food is delicious and healthy. The rooms are cosy and nice designed. I just had to get used to the very hard beds but after a few nights this also worked quite well. I had a great...

The place is fantastic. The staff is lovely. The food is delicious (and healthy). The yoga is good for all levels. My dad and I showed up novices and came away rejuvenated and ready to focus on our own practice. Really, it's paradise and pure class minus any pretension. The added bonus here is that you are so close to...

Ashiyana is a beautifully tranquil haven.. a real hidden gem among the towns and beaches of Goa. It was a flying visit for me, with only 5 days to explore what Ashiyana had to offer, and it didn't disappoint. As you'd expect there was plenty of yoga on offer, with 2 x two hour classes a day and of course...

This is my second year at Ashiyana. The first time last year I just loved it, from the carefully landscaped gardens, to the restoring and energising range of yoga classes and places to practice, to the range of accommodation, as I stayed in one of the beach huts and circular rooms, to the incredible food and wonderful staff. I so...

If yoga means more to you than just the physical practice then then this is the place to enrich your soul. You will nourish your body and your mind both on and off the mat in this beautiful sanctuary. A Nirvana in Goa.
