Over our one night stay there were three women at the desk, none of whom spoke English although one (the youngest) at least made an effort to communicate. The bathroom was narrow with waffle weave bath towels and hand towels like table linens. There were no face towels, common to all hotels in this area. The room needed a good...

Rooms were clean and acceptable size. Bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful, although we could only buy small bottles of water which was inconvenient as we were on a walking holiday. We had a room next to the road, so we're woken early by a moped arriving, but otherwise the road is quiet. Wifi only...

The included breakfast was a great benefit and there were lots of choices of things to eat. The room is definitely basic. I think the aesthetic is...

This hotel is optimistically designated as 3 star. It was basic to say the least, and not particularly clean e.g. filthy toilet brush that should have been discarded long ago. The bed was lumpy, there was no information in the room and breakfast was disappointing. The staff were reasonably friendly and helpful but it was a pretty forgettable experience.

Bonassola is a small town so really any small hotel will have a good location unless it is outside of the small town. We were hiking through the Cinque Terre area and the hiking company made our reservations here. Like many B&Bs in small towns, the accommodations were simple but adequate for our one night stay. When we arrived after...

Very good location and nice seaview from room balcony. Breakfast was good. Was disappointed for the internet as it should have been free wifi in all building but had to stay in the reception area to use internet. Air conditioning was not working!!!
