This was a great choice for our ski trip, being good value for money (half board) and very close to the slopes. As I have dietary requirements, I was happy that in the breakfast and dinner buffet each choice had a list of allergens it contained. It's a quiet hotel with no frills, great choice for families.

stayed 3 nights in room 503 with view over Jasna Chopok.

Location is the best thing about this hotel.
Rooms are small with toilet and shower in same room (other sorea hotel had toilet separated from the bath room). old thick TV, no WIFI in rooms.

Wifi in reception area.

breakfast and dinner was included, food was quite ok.
Sauna was good, only up to 6 people in the sauna and had to be booked in advance.

The hotel is close to Happy End bar and restaurant.
Slope is just outside the hotel.

The only supermarket was VRM and was accessible by car.

This is a hotel for families and calm couples.

It takes about 15minutes from the city liptovsky mikulas by car where there is some restaurants like route 66 if you want to try other food.

Try Tatralandia Spa, it was a great visit and worth the money.

This is a bit worn and very basic hotel which is situated right next to the sking slopes. The best part is definitely it's location.
Rooms are quite ok, but really basic. Unforyunately the WiFi doesn't work in rooms but you can come down to the lobby with your laptop to do your surfing.

Prices in the lobby bar are very reasonable. 50cl beer was 1,60 euros, for example.

We had half board but I would skip it next time as I didn't thing it was worth it. It also would have been nice to try some other restaurants some nights. Not that there were too many of them around.

Personnel didn't speak too much english but there were few exceptions like Veronica in the restaurant. All the waiters seem to be working really long hours, like 15 hours or something. Wow!
I guess it's like that while it is high season.

Hotel from last century, awful food selection but great wellness and location - would never go there again.

Service is also very poor, ladies at reception are not polite at all, stuff in restaurant are bored that you want something.

Selection of the food is like in school, without any taste.

Furniture and all equipment in the rooms is really at least 70 years old.

Even if we had a very specific reservation with the detail about bed numbers and number of people when we arrive there and they gave us rooms with a less numper of beds. They said that we have to take kids in our beds even if in the reservation it was written that kids had their own bed. We had to stay on the recetion several hours, talking to the reception thru our agency because no one from the hotel speak any international langruage. Finally we had to pay a extra room for kids and the money was returned only home by our travel agency. Stepping over this incident the hotel is an old comunist hotel with unpleasant and unhospitable staff. The food was very poor, not tasty at all, the rooms are not very clean .... disappointing experience... we were in Jasna before at another hotel and it was quite ok that's why we returned there but it was a bad choice for the hotel!

Not a luxury, but worth its money 100%.
All necessary facilities. Sauna, massage, billiard for extra money.
Good breakfast and dinner.
Lockers for ski/snowboards and boots.
Close to ski slopes - between 2 slopes.
Wifi is sometimes very slow.

I have visited this hotel many times as a child. Sadly not much has changed since. Same furniture in the lobby and restaurant. Hotel rooms have been rebovated and are okay however the bath is so small that a shower would have been much better choice.

Should the staff be kimd nice and helpful i would happily forget all above. But unfortunately, front desk staff is far from nice and not very helpful either sadly. They don't seem to bother too much about your issues and questions.

Positive thing about this hotel is food. Don't get me wrong, it's nothing fancy but breakfast and dinner is alright. Usually healthy, not fried food with vegetables and desert. It's the only reason apart from location i give it the third star.

Location is just perfect. Right on the slope which means you can ski from and to the hotel. Directly on Biela Púť slope so you can ski during evening hours too.

Last positive is the price. Probably the cheapest hotel on the slope directly. But keep in mind that you pay for what you get.

Good quality/price ratio. The location is excellent as the ski slope is located on your doorstep. Clean room, large variety and tasty food. We could use the ski/snowboard storage for an extra price of 2€/day. Unfortunately, the staff can barely speak English. We'd booked a double room but we got twin beds, and they couldn't change the room as the hotel was fully booked.
Overall, I would recommend the hotel, as it was a good value for the money!

We have been stayed at this hotel each winter for over 10 years now. Initially started as a long weekend to grab a cheap second ski trip but this year was actually 9 days. It offers good 3 star facilities, single and double rooms, bar, buffet restaurant, ski shop, pool table etc. all at eastern european rates. Unlike many of the hotels in the area arrival and departure days are flexible. Many of the other hotels insist on Saturday to Saturday, good for their cash flow but not good for cheap flights. Hotel is right on the piste 100m from the chairlift. Would recommend to anyone wanting a second trip on a budget.

It's a very nice hotel. Location is excellent (only 3-4 minute walk from Biela Put). Good value for money. Remember that this is a 2 star hotel so you have to be aware that is not as comfortable as 4-5 star objects, but if you don't want to spend a lot of money then this is your place!!
