There are many good things about this hotel. The location is perfect, three ski lifts are within walking distance (even with ski boots on). The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and professional. Families with children are welcome, there's a large kids playing area on 1st floor. Wellness facilities are small but very cool and stylish. But it is the restaurant that is the heart and the soul of this hotel. I really loved their breakfast bread dips, they're so retro and so good that it makes me feel as if I was a child again, on holiday at my Slovak grandma :) The evening service was very professional. I haven't tried all meals from the evening menu but those I had were all great (secret tip: roasted veg with sheep cheese and pumpkin seeds, vegetarian heaven). I have some nits to pick though, all of them small and not all that important. * The toilet is tiny and separate from the bathroom, which is odd but I get it's likely historically given * Sound insulation could be better, we had 1st flood room and could hear the music playing in the restaurant downstairs * No hairdryer in the bathroom, but you can get one at the front desk * Some cosmetic tissues and a small garbage bin could be in the bathroom but isn't But all in all, we were very happy with our stay and if there's an opportunity, we'll certainly come back …

The hotel has a good concept. I highly recommend this hotel! Very good location, clean, friendly staff and the food is literally amazing. Definitely come here sometime, you won't regret it. Best value for money.

We've been there several times during last ten years and always - excellent food and service! Not mention price comparison with nearby hotels... TMR - yeah more comes, but for who? Don't believe even Polish will accept ;)

Very good food and friendly staff. Hotel right on the slopes no need to drive anywhere. Rooms were clean and I recommend thai massage . Spa place with sauna and jacuzzis all clean and well maintained. You need to try menu in restaurant, I recommend duck

Hello, On June 21, I was having a drink outside table in the restaurant. After the drink I left to my hotel without my jacket, which I left over on the chair. Next day when I tried to figure it out what happend, very nice young waiter provided me with my jacket which he saved the day before. It was a rainy week, so I was so glad to have it back. Thank you very much!

We used to come to this hotel for ski, as located at the centre of Jasná ski resort. This time we were adviced to be cousious of fact that there was going to be an anniversary celebration and disco on Saturday until 3:00 morning. Fine we said. But, this was absolutelly not the case! On Friday night there were some drunk people having párty directly in the room next to us. We told the receptionist and she adviced us to tell them directly. On Saturday night the heavy drums and disco was going on until 6 in the morning, we had no sleep At all - even if you put earplugs - you cannot avoid the drums beating in a way that the whole room furniture is jumping. In the morning I was not able to ski due to no sleep therefore I stayed in the room to get some rest. At 9:30 they started Play the disco heavy drums again! I went down tell the receptionist and she promissed to sort out - but the music kept on playing over and over again. I can tell that in this hotel one’s rest is not being taken care of and the hotel staff does not take care to make sure the guests are well rested or at least being listened to.…

We have spent 4 nights, enjoying the magnificent view from our room to the top of the hill. It is very inspiring to awaken seeing the sun go up and illuminate gradually the top of the hill, just lying still in the bed. We were accommodated on the 3rd floor, and the room size was frenetic, it's about 28 m2, which I didn't expect from a 1x2 bedded room! The hotel didn't have an elevator but it's still bearable to climb up to the 3rd floor. Free Wi-fi was provided but it was too week on our floor, that I decided not to use 4G instead. For entertaining our kids the child-corner on 1st floor was quite useful and well-equipped. The staff was extremely helpful and kind during and before the travel. They were absolutely flexible and open to our preliminary changes and partial cancellations as well and were very kind addressing all questions and request during the stay. The buffet breakfast was copious and warm, for dinner we had a 4-course meal with 3 different types of main dish (pork/poultry/vegetarian), for which I required to apply some more spice and salt, but it was fundamentally tasty. We were also granted 3 x 1 hour for free in the Wellness part, which was very clean, spacious and comfortable for a group of families, serving with 3 different kind of saunas and an outdoor jacuzzi. The hotel is situated ~400m from the ski lift, which is not ideal, but bearable, considering 1-2 back and forth movement between the hotel and slopes. (Anyway ski resort Chopok/Jasna is OK for beginners, having enough ski lifts and slopes, but extremely crowdy on the same time even during weekdays, so the slopes can be expected in bad condition for the afternoons.)…

It is a smaller hotel with an amazing view. This hotel is focused on skiers.There are no balconies and no lifts there. The rooms were spacious enough for a 3* hotel, very clean with a TV, no safety box and no minibar including, budget furniture but in a good condition. We had a double bed room with a spare bed. All beds were comfortable even for a 6,5 feet person. The comforter and pillows were comfortable for us. You cannot regulate the heating. So it was a con for me as the room was overheated. Maybe we would appreciate it during the winter season, but it was September and the outside temp around 10-12´C. As for the food, we booked room incl. half board. My friend have a lactose and histamine intolerance and we forgot to mention it in our booking. Nevertheless that the chef gave his best for the dinner. The 4 course menu was great and really delicious. The bfast was just basic, nothing special really. It was a bit disappointment. The restaurant with a bar itself was stylish and with an amazing view. There is smokers lounge close to restaurant with TV, books and so on. The staff, especially the headwaiter and chef were very helpful and professional. There is small wellness in this hotel. With a infra, dry and a steam sauna. The steam sauna was out of order, so we could not use it, unfortunately. The hot tub is outside. You can sit in the sauna or outside in the hot tub and observe the trees and nature. It´s amazing. There is a children corner on the 1st floor, so I guess the families are welcome here as well. We came to the restaurant at 08:30 in the morning to have a quick breakfast before trekking. The buffet was almost empty, I have pointed it to the waiter that there is virtually nothing warm left and barely any ham and cheese. When we left the restaurant at 09:15 there were not even plates available at the buffet and barely anything except for bread was brought from the kitchen. Ridiculous, better wake up early to have anything to eat in the morning.

Very nice hotel and super friendly staff, specially in the restaurant allways with a friendly smile. Our room was on first floor. It was big warm and clean with good beds. With a nice view on the mountainside. We had halfboard so we had breakfeast and dinner at the hotel, wich was good because there was not many restaurants open in the evening nearby. The breakfeast was very good with beacon, eggs, bread , vegetables, diffrent breads and fresh fruits etc. the dinner was also good with different choises.The restaurant was open from morning to evening The hotel was (200 m) from nearest ski-lift, Biela Put. At the skistation was also skirental where you could leave your rented skies overnight. There was also skidepot for your own skies.The hotel has no lift so if you dont like stairs ask for a room on first floor.…
